After listening to my past experiences, what I was looking for, and my overall general requirements, he requested that I come to his store & "try on" some mattresses so he could see how each of the mattresses he offered reacted to my body type, shape, and weight. Domingo really knew his stuff...not just about mattresses, but also about food, health, & fitness, and he honestly could be a life coach in general! We worked with Jason; he was very polite, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He was never pushy, but took time to get to know us and our sleeping habits; he explained features of several mattresses that fit our sleep style and then left us with pillows so we could relax and try the mattresses without pressure from him.
