So he took out the new board and reinstalled the old one questioning if I wanted more diagnosing or just stop. But at this point with wrong diagnosis I was still expected to pay a half trip fee plus time spent. My range oven is still in same condition as before the first visit. I was told my expectations were to HIGH.

After inspecting the hood, he determined that the job needed 2 people to safely complete the installation. We were scheduled for 3 days later. Logan returned as scheduled and the installation was completed. Tyler was very thorough and did great work.
