They open at 8:30-4pm. I got there at 8:50 & was out of there at 9:25!!!! The place has enough parking and easy to find. I went there to get a new license, and there was No line!!! Like wow. The info lady gave me a paper and sent me right over to a counter immediately!! I had printed a form out online to save some time but even if I didn't it wouldn't have taken long to fill out. The workers were super friendly to me and very nice to each other. Given I am an African American I was worried about my picture looking like a sharpie dot. But even without asking the lady taking my picture(Cathy) had me come a little closer to the camera and made sure I liked my picture before registering it. I'd def recommend this DMV to anyone new to the area and looking for a place to go. Its cost $37 dollars to get a néw license as someone moving into the state, but I opted to get the real ID added on so it cost $67($30 extra). Real ID isn't mandatory in PA rn cuz they extended the deadline till 2025 but it will be required then so you might as well get it done now. They even gave me a paper with all the tag and registration places close by so I can get that done too. They don't do that at this location. The lady referred me to Leonard's by the Wegmans in Wilkesbarre. Hope this helps

They always seem to try to find a way to help get you the right result rather than take the easy way out and tell you "No, it can't be done". Because of their helpfulness, I bypass three other, closer offices even though Owego is almost an hour away. These folks definitely do NOT fit the stereotype of typically inefficient, inflexible DMV offices.

I…read morefigure i am going to be near Binghamton, so why not make an appointment to the local DMV near Binghamton University? I called a month ahead and secured a date 8/25 @ 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:20pm, got on line and within 10 minutes i was in the building and my daughter was taking her the test for the license permit, so happy, truly effortless and it all took 30 minutes to get done. Keep in mind, if you take a test, only the person taking the test will go in, for minors have one parent with available to sign paperwork and meet requirements.

He showed me problems and offered suggestions for remedying the situations, as well as combining them. Medical renewal. c. Real ID. d. Passport e. Global Entry f. Fingerprint Except for GLOBAL ENTRY, all the other items were up for renewal at the same time. Jeff made me aware of duplications, substitutions and information hidden in his computer, which I was waiting to receive by mail. And at age 93, I certainly appreciate not having to return to the DMV repeatedly. Jeff cut it down to just 2 more visits because the required information had already been installed on his computer. We had a very short chat and Jeff said he responds to "clients' the way he would want to be treated because he used to be one of those clients. A personal greater even more cheery than in Walmart, helpful and efficient staff who were willing to chat and even joke and smile, and a turnaround time of 20 minutes. Okay, I may be drawing direct comparisons to my last visit to a DOT in LA, and someone only ever dealing with this location may not agree, but to me the staff here were 5 star and made my day a little easier.
