Also, he remembered me from a previous visit when I presented him with the wrong type birth certificate......But my passport and Global Entry satisfied those situations. a. HazMat renewal. b. Medical renewal. c. Real ID. d. Passport e. Global Entry f. Fingerprint Except for GLOBAL ENTRY, all the other items were up for renewal at the same time. Jeff made me aware of duplications, substitutions and information hidden in his computer, which I was waiting to receive by mail. And at age 93, I certainly appreciate not having to return to the DMV repeatedly. Jeff cut it down to just 2 more visits because the required information had already been installed on his computer. We had a very short chat and Jeff said he responds to "clients' the way he would want to be treated because he used to be one of those clients. We got there and while we were waiting we heard the one person working there say she got flustered and accidentally shredded his Photo ID card. Because of that, they had to put in a request for a new Photo ID card that will take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. My son needed his Photo ID today, and there is ZERO they can do about it because they need the Photo ID card in order to provide my son his license. We had that, but it was shredded by one of the people working there. They literally have one job to do - Provide you with a photo drivers license. They can't seem to handle that. In addition we are now in a jam because they can't provide him his license because she shredded the document. Take your chances at a regular PennDOT location, this place is no longer the place it used to be.

After over an hour of waiting, just as I was about to pay and leave with my plate, they sprung a surprise on me--I needed a bill of sale or else I'd have to pay sales tax on the bike again. Cue me scrambling to get in touch with the dealer, waiting even longer, and wasting my entire afternoon. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Competitors handled my truck title in just 15 minutes, no fuss. Meanwhile, here at NE Title and Tag, I was stuck for almost two hours. Fast forward three months: They had the nerve to call and say I "forgot" to pay a fee--which, surprise, they forgot to charge me for--resulting in my registration being rejected by the state. After a heated back-and-forth with multiple people, they *finally* agreed to cover the fee and process what they had promised from the start. Now, I'm still anxiously waiting for my registration to show up. It's honestly scary that a place this disorganized is licensed to handle such important paperwork.

Long lines, grumpy overworked staff, impatient angry and belligerent customers. We allowed a minimum of two hours. What a pleasant surprise! A personal greater even more cheery than in Walmart, helpful and efficient staff who were willing to chat and even joke and smile, and a turnaround time of 20 minutes. Okay, I may be drawing direct comparisons to my last visit to a DOT in LA, and someone only ever dealing with this location may not agree, but to me the staff here were 5 star and made my day a little easier.
