Joe didn't charge me anymore for the service which took twice as long as expected. On top of that, he took the time to train me on how to properly select a combination and how to open the safe! We were asleep but…read moreour Security Cameras recorded his "loitering and prowling" around our house, near our bedroom, den, etc., and we were shocked to see his activity the next day in the videos! (he was caught and charged by Police for the above crimes). Time for deadbolts on all exterior doors! We called Spory's who had changed our locks after we moved into our house 7 years ago, and Brian again arrived and did a GREAT JOB! He arrived exactly on time and worked diligently and very professionally in installing all new deadbolts. We feel very safe now with the new locks, our security cameras, and our security system. Gary has been extremely helpful a couple of times with my safe. A few years ago he got it open when…read morethe locking mechanism got stuck and I could not get it open with the key or the keypad. No other locksmiths would even come out to look at that issue. He replaced the keypad with a high quality keypad and removed the key lock, which was the problem, assuring me that there was no reason to spend the money and possibly compromise the safe for him to replace or fix the key lock issue because the keypad was high quality and would work. Again he came to the rescue this week when I forgot the code after not opening it for a few years. Instead of wasting money for him to come out, he walked me through what to try first, which worked. I would recommend calling Timchak Safe and Lock for any safe or lock issue.

Unfortunately, one of the things that sprang out and then broke on the floor was an immobilizer chip. Because of that breaking, I now had a 4,000 lb paperweight parked in front of my house! I called Timchak on a Sunday, and not only did they call me back, they even came and saw me only 2 hours later - on a Sunday!
