First, I was going to be put on the schedule, was already on a schedule, but it was going to be 2 to 3 weeks. Last Thursday, I literally just Prayed and went to the Internet. Rob contacted me right away after reaching out to a few companies. Not only did he say I could start your job right away, he educated me on the type of insurance I needed in the future for both my primary property and my rental in Clarksville, so I would not have to come out of pocket again for any major home loss. He lowered his price a bit to fit my budget, so I didn't have to come out of pocket so much. I called on Thursday, it is Tuesday and I have a new beautiful roof! They started at 7 am and done by 4 pm with cleanup like they were never there. Paid and life is good! His associate Lenny was awesome and on the ground with the crew. I thought this was a little high especially since my insurance only assessed the damage at $1500, but I saw so many glaring reviews that I went ahead and hired him. A few months after the repairs were completed, we had a heavy rain storm and the roof still leaked, I reached out to Robert and he told me that he was driving and would call as soon as he was able to pull to the side. Needless to say he never called me back, tried calling him back for almost 2 weeks but no one would answer. I emailed several times and nothing, my last email let them know that I would report them to the BBB and would be contacting a lawyer. This guy talks good but he does not stand behind his work.
