We went for our first time yesterday and had a blast. Our 7 year old LOVED IT! Great energy, friendly staff, clean establishment, it was impressive. My only issue was understanding the tickets from games. Granted we did not ask anyone so we winged it. Also, many games weren't working and only one lane was working for bowling. Signed up for a round of putt putt! Was super excited to get started and then we had a large group of people who signed up after us the young lady with glasses then just let this large group of 9 (compared to my group of 4) get started before we did it then turned a fun hour of mini golf to a 3 hour experience where we waited more than we putt putt. Kinda random location and we were skeptical to go in but pretty cute inside. It's not huge so can get packed but the black light mini golf is really cool. Only huge game is Halo but definitely one of the best. Love the min bowling !!!! read more

Loved the unique mini golf course, the music they played and the interaction with their guests. I've been to Monster Miniature Golf in Charlotte twice and I have to say both experiences were awesome. On our first visit with my big boys (16 and 17 yrs) we met Maggie and Destiny who were awesome! It was a Saturday so there was a little wait for our group to be called (about 35 minuets). Maggie called my cell to let us know it was time to start our game, and she explained the rules of the game to our group and told us to have fun You can keep score on your phone by scanning the app or use the provided paper and pencil. We played our game in a semi dark setting with lots of neon glowing wall appliqués complete with fun facts from North Carolina and a room full of glowing monsters and aliens that came to life to add to the monster theme to the decor. Another fun feature at Monster miniature golf was the music that was being played by none other than "DJ Destiny" who liven up the room with her energetic vibes and great personality, she even came out of the DJ booth to ask the golfers random questions about the musical selections and rewarded them with glowing beads and tickets. My second visit was with my little guys (7, 5 & 4); we were greeted by Destiny who remembered me right away and once again she made our golfing experience epic. My little guys were a Little intimidated by the monsters at first until they realized they weren't real and we all had a blast! We will be back! read more

Can't even lie...I went here to see about this new mini golf biz that just opened in University. When I walked in I was instantly snapped back to every unforgettable & FUN childhood memory I ever had. This place is the coolest entertainment venue I've visited in years. I am truly a big kid at heart and this place gave me all the feels! The entire place is dark, but all around you things glow in the darkness. From the art on the walls, to giant clown heads, to piles of skulls. I mean this place is a kids dream! It's looks so fun and the actual entertainment lives up to all the art hype! There is an insanely entertaining, glow in the dark, 18 hole putt course, along with a laser room where you are dodging laser beams like Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible, there's plenty of arcade games and there is even mini bowling! This place made my entire weekend! I had a BLAST!!!! I'm almost ashamed of how much fun I had since I didn't bring a kid with me LOL! This spot is located in University and does not have traditional food & drinks, only soda. But it's in a plaza with plenty of restaurants and bars for you to pop into if need be. This a fun place. The bowling alley doesn't work and the last time we were there we got overcharged but overall a fun place to play games.

I do NOT recommended this place, it took 25 minuets just to get through a 5 person/family line, laxer maze was just a waste it only lasted 15-20 seconds for $3, bowling was okay but we selected the bumpers but they never came up and the golf 35-45 minute wait. We visited this location on a whim. I saw that it had received high reviews and decided to bring my two middles schoolers here. We arrived and were greeted by two friendly staff members. Our golf was a 15 minute wait so we played a few arcade games. I spent most of my credits on Space Invaders. We played the 18 hole course at our own pace with no pressure, which was nice since my score was 70 . We enjoyed the artwork in this place it was spectacular! It wasn't too loud nor overly crowded. People were polite and generally just having a good time. The kids played laser maze and ended up being 29 out of 2713. They worked together and that was a good team building activity. My only negative is the way the registers are set up. I wanted to buy two t-shirts. There weren't any prices on them and no one knew how much the t-shirts actually cost. They could only give me a range. I waited five minutes to get that information. In order to price check the t-shirts on the prize side, the t-shirt had to be rung up on the register at the purchasing side. Unfortunately, I wasn't considered a priority because I had already paid my admission. The line of seven new customers were the priority. In order to have the t-shirt price checked I had to get in line, otherwise the lead would have kept me standing on the side line waiting. After waiting almost 12 minutes, they couldn't even find the shirt in an adult size to price check. That is why I deducted one star. I shouldn't have to wait on a product you don't have. It was frustrating. How do you not have adult shirts in inventory and not know? Literally adult sizes are what are hanging as samples for purchase. We left disappointed about not getting t-shirts but the kids had an overall good time. I think the retail side of operations needs tightened up. T-shirt sales are essentially an upsell and can be a great money maker. Our experience was at least 30.00 missed on an already $61.00 sale. That's almost a 50% upsell you all missed. That's bad for business if it's multiple customers who want t-shirts and can't get them. Plus, why have people have a great time, but leave with a bad taste in their Mouth because you cannot closeout the customer experience with the advertised souvenirs? read more

All features inside have tie to NC (hunger games, dexter, etc.). One hole had a spin the wheel and you'd have to put with your handle or your hand; funny stuff like that. But it made it more fun. Employees are friendly and helpful. Sadly only 4 stars due to the smell - the whole place smelled like a bathroom or sewage. Really stopped us from staying longer or playing arcade games. read more

From start to finish.. this was an amazing experience. The owner is probably one of the best I've dealt with and this is our 7th year of parties. The communication is too notch.. even when he was busy he responded. He took my budget and exceeded my expectations. But the party.... CHEFS KISS! We arrived a little early to set up and the party assistant was on the ball. She helped me with anything I needed.. from breaking down boxes of juice to helping serve the pizza.. it was great. She was so attentive to the kids and the adults. She kept them busy the whole 2 hours.. she cut the cake.. she asked me more times than I can count.. if I was okay.
