I asked this company to come in and clean our house, which we are currently renovating. The cost…read morewas $135 for two hours of *deep cleaning*. I communicated that the renovations weren't finished, so it was a weird job. They came at 9am and I showed them around and tipped them over 60% knowing it would be a tough two hours. Mind you this house is under 1k square feet, so it's tiny, but it's very cluttered and had a tiny bit of renovation mess. We did tidy quite a bit before they came. At 10:28 I got a text that they were done and had left. Thinking they must have just gotten done early, I went home. The bathroom was COMPLETELY untouched. The kitchen was barely cleaned. They did an excellent job on the floors, but that's literally all. Yes, the floors were bad. It's also only 800 square feet and I can mop it in 20 minutes. I paid $200 for an hour and a half of sweeping and mopping five small rooms total. When I emailed them to ask about it, they offered to come back, however I was out of town the next week. They said that the cleaners didn't know anyone lived in the house, and that's why they didn't do the most important rooms. The house is clearly occupied. They also denied only doing 1.5 hours, even though I sent screen shots. After I declined the offer to come back the next week because I'd be traveling, they stopped communication altogether. I'm finding more and more uncleaned things as time goes on, and calling cleaning floors only a "deep clean" is outrageous. Total waste of $200.

We received personal text messages (sent by a human!) with timely updates on when our dumpster would be delivered and picked up. The people delivering and picking up the dumpster were friendly and immaculately clean. The dumpster itself was clean, also! They protected our driveway by placing supports under all corners of the dumpster. And I even got a handwritten thank-you card in the mail after they picked it up. They were very polite, friendly, hardworking and apologetic. Now my reasoning for the 3 stars. I scheduled my pick up online the week before for a Thursday pickup. I had a follow up phone call from a AI representative, which was a very frustrating experience. Also, I had a follow up text from Alex, who said he was the president. He confirmed the appointment and asked me to send photos of what needed to be picked up, so they knew how to plan for my pickup. I sent at least 15 photos of several pieces of large furniture and other items. This was for a clean out of my father's house. I had cleaners coming the following day and need everything out for them. I also had our realtor coming on the following Monday to take photos, I also would be returning to my home in Columbus, Ohio (my father's house is in Indiana). Fast forward to the day of my appointment. My scheduled window time was 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. I received a phone call around 3:00 p.m. from the actual hauler saying they were at least 2 hours behind and that I would get another call when they were on their way. They finally made it to my house around 6:30 p.m. I showed them everything it the house that needed to be taken and they told me they wouldn't be able to take it all that day. They were never shown the pictures I sent and they were overbooked on jobs to complete in one day. The dump was already closed and they were only able to take what they had room for in their truck, which they came already at least 1/2 full. They called for another driver to come and he had a little bit of space in his truck, but it was already mostly full. Initially they said they could come back first thing in the morning, but after talking with their manager, they said they wouldn't be able to come back until Monday morning. Well, I had cleaners coming at 9:00 a.m. the day after the appointment that I could not reschedule, so that meant I had to clean up after that. Also, I had to reschedule my realtor for Wednesday instead of Monday. Soooo, Monday was scheduled for the 10:30-1:30 p.m. time slot. Fast forward to Monday, the crew did not show up until around 4:30 p.m. The truck was already partially filled with someone else items. They couldn't load and dump and return because, again, the dump is only open until 5:00 p.m. So they loaded up as much as they could in the truck, took it to their warehouse and returned for a second load. They still couldn't get everything on the second load, so they had to come the next day for a third time. They showed up on time that day and finally took everything. Shout out to Isaiah who did what he could. I ended up missing 2 more days of work for this and spent a fortune on it. *** If you are the owner or manager of Fire Dawgs please reevaluate how you are scheduling your employees for pick ups. It is very disrespectful to the client's time and also very hard on the employees as they are very overbooked and overworked.***

While it took them 2 trips to fix it, they were dedicated to their promise and would go the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I am impressed with their professionalism and service.
