Debit cards are accepted with a $1 service charge added. Walk-ins are welcome; which is what we were. Indoors is neat, well-lit and hygienic. A variety of paraphernalia, from clothing to jewelry is available for purchase. Piercing prices are clearly listed for those considering piercings. Artists were laid-back and patient with us while we provided the art we wished to receive. Prices were fair and I appreciated that our artist didn't constantly leave for cigarette breaks. I went to Enemy Tattoo as it was recommends by several people on Mukilteo Moms FB page. I was doing a memorial piece for my 4 legged love of my life who passed away a month ago. It was sudden and devastating. I had an inspo photo and had a good idea what I wanted. I went in and spoke to a few of the artists, and appreciated their honesty that they were not comfortable doing my memorial piece. First it must be said the artist (whom will remain unnamed) did exactly what we asked and did it well. This review is directed towards ownership/management. $180hr is absolutely absurd for the quality of talent in your shop. The two pieces of art we received took a little more than an hour for both and it cost $250. (Over $300 with tip, because I didn't want to stiff the artist) When we schedule the appointment the price was different than when we returned to have it done. No heads up, even after we arrived. Had called to check if they were available for a walk-in tattoo. When we got to the place Fiona greeted us and did the consent forms for me and my husband. Everything was going good and smooth until the first tattoo artist denied doing our tattoo can't recall his name, but seem like he was not having a good day. We felt like walking out and and leaving without even getting the tattoos we wanted we felt like he didn't really care that he was being pretty rude. I had gone to get a piercing here before so I stopped to get our tattoos that we've been deciding to get and thankfully Sarah was able to do our tattoos and we were very happy with it. I would recommend going with Sarah, which she was very friendly and provided the service. I got my very first tattoo here 13 years ago and was done so well I decided to get another one there as well. Amazing results. Super friendly staff. Gage did a script on my arm and it turned out exactly as I wanted, clean and elegant. I came back for another one a week later and George did that one. I was blown away by his work and schedule out three weeks as his soonest opening. It's not a secret that he is the best artist in the city. I was in search of a new go-to tattoo shop and I saw the great reviews for this place online and called when they opened to see if they had any openings for 2 small tattoos. I got a call at 4pm and was there in 15 minutes. I was helped by Jasmine. She drew up my designs, printed them out and we got started. It was surprisingly quick and I paid 198$ plus tip. I didn't feel great about my experience here and I didn't find anyone super nice or whatever the other reviews said. It's been 12 days since I got my tattoos and I'm honestly incredibly disappointed. You can see the poor line work and lack of solid fill in on my very visible wrist tattoo. There's so many inconsistencies and just ugly lines. I got this tattoo in memory of my grandpa and the other in memory of my good friend who passed. I wish she had taken the time to do a proper job and ensure her work was even and looked nice before sending me out the door. I will not be coming back and will be going to another artist to correct the mistakes made. Just be weary of who you go to with permanent art on your body :'( read more

Called to see if they had an opening for same day navel piercing ( most places requiring appointments ) and got told I would be squeezed in. Got there around 40 minutes later and had a wait time of about 25-30 minutes while Sarah finished up tattooing someone and did one other piercing for a client before me. TLDR: Enemy Tattoo discriminated against me because of my disability and medical equipment and denied me access to the shop and their services, and the owner berated me over the phone when I tried to educate him on the laws. I tried to come in on August 2nd with my service animal with me to ask about piercing prices, when an employee denied us entry into the shop and told us to wait outside instead. A second employee came out told me I would only be allowed inside the shop if I left my service animal in my car. I explained that per federal laws (ADA) and WA state laws, they can't refuse someone with a service animal. I then talked to a third employee who also met me outside, and they explained that the owner of Enemy Tattoo 1. Doesn't allow any animals (even if they are service animals) 2. Doesn't want my service animal to bring in COVID 3. Said it's a sterile environment and they can deny me access to the shop with my service animal (it's not legally a sterile environment if you can walk in and get services done in street clothes) 4. Said the owner draws the line with his own personal rules, rather than the laws. I was told to come back on a day where the owner would be in, and I agreed and thanked them and went on my way. Yesterday, August 13th, I called and asked to speak to the owner/manager of Enemy Tattoo. When he answered the phone I asked him what his policy was on service animals, and he told me he doesn't allow any animals in his shop, even if they're service animals. I tried to explain to him the federal and state laws around service animals, and he said because it's his shop, his rules are what go. I offered to give him the ADA hotline number (1-800-514-0301, for those of you who want to call and ask if tattoo/piercing shops can deny service animals and their disabled handlers) to ask about his rights as a business owner, and he declined. He then asked, "Do you really need your dog with you for a five-minute appointment?", which shocked me because I need my service dog for my disabilities, hence why I have him with me to begin with. He asked me, "What do you want? What's your deal?" repeatedly as we went back and forth on the phone with me trying to explain the laws and him asking for "paperwork or identification" (which doesn't exist in the US (https://www.ada.gov/regs2010/service_animal_qa.html, Q7 and Q17), then claiming I was trying to bring my ESA into his shop (my dog is task-trained for my disabilities, hence why he is a service dog and not an ESA). He was getting increasingly agitated as our call went on, and eventually he asked me, "Do you want me to kiss your fucking ass?". He asked me that twice, then as I tried to respond to that he hung up on me. I tried calling back a few times but each time either he would hang up, or he instructed his employees to hang up the phone. On the third try the owner finally answered the phone again, and when I asked him his policy on service animals he kept avoiding the question and told me he'd only talk to me about it if I come in to schedule an appointment. After dodging my question for a good five minutes or so he asked me, "Are you brain-dead or something?", told me to stop calling (which I did), and hung up on me yet again. I don't appreciate being discriminated against, being humiliated, and being judged because of my medical equipment and disabilities. Regardless of if I need my service dog with me for a tattoo/piercing (since I'm sure some of you are going to ask why I didn't just leave him home for this), it's against the law to deny someone access due to having a service animal, both in the state of WA as well as federally. I'm not necessarily upset with the employees because I don't believe it's their fault they don't know the laws (though I hope they'll look into them and follow them from now on), and they were kind to me. The owner of Enemy Tattoo, however, was incredibly disrespectful and discriminatory against me, and I'm happy to say I was able to take my business elsewhere where I was welcomed in and not denied access or entry with my service animal (who behaved like a champion, as always), and was able to get my facial piercings done. I don't recommend going here whatsoever, due to the owner's behavior and the general lack of knowledge/complete disregard of the laws. If you're going to run a business and work for a business, you need to be aware of the laws, and not discriminate against disabled people and their medical equipment. My siblings and I were looking to get small tattoos done. My review is similar to the mom and daughter experience on here. We walked in and weren't even greeted just stared down. I had to break the ice "Hi! How are you?" And the man just responded "what are you looking to do?" Both men at the front looked annoyed we had even walked through their doors. A friend had already explained so when I reiterated I got several heavy sighs from the man and was told $80/ea. Mind you the actual tattoo is less than 3/4 inch diameter. $320 for less than 1 hr of work. May have took them longer to set up than to actually ink us. When I contacted her it took days for a response. I went ahead with the tattoo anyway. Jay was very unprofessional during the session talking about real personal stuff.
