Wish I could rate a big fat ZERO!! Terrible ! Don't go! He cut my big toe nail into the flesh and I told him "you cut my nail into the flesh and it's very crooked you can't straighten it.. he just gave me a smerky grin and said no I didn't and it's straight he said!!! After all the critical conditioning and he was about to apply polish --I noticed several of my nails still had old polish on them. I said--you gotta get that old polish off cause I don't want the new polish on top of old polish. He said- you won't see it!! I said well I don't want it left on! So he poured acetone all over my clean/lotioned toes and roughly went over them with cotton ball.. then proceeded to polish. All the passing minutes my feet arch that had been roughed up, and my flesh that had been cut into was burning. He never rinsed prior to beginning my botched polish job! He also missed many parts of my nail polish, and rushed! I told him as he was hurting me, he rolled his eyes. My toes and feet arches is so sore! At the beginning of my ordeal-I told him my water was cold and he just added a little warm till it had soaked onto my towel that I propped my feet onto. This should have been my sign to get up and leave. It was never even warm. After about 30 seconds on my one heal, I asked him to please do my heals a little more cause they are still rough he just angrily grabbed the scratch pad once again and roughly sanded an additional 10 seconds on it. But as he passed it from my heal to the part below your toes he roughly passed it over my arch scratching it so bad it's was sore for 2 days. Should I also mention that while he's doing the bottom of my feet, he never assisted me in holding them up AT ALL....I'm 52 years old and have never had this much disrespect and horrible service in my life. I had read all the negative reviews before my visit, but decided to give them a try, I should have listened to most complaints.. never again. Please make a little trip down the road to somewhere on Garth Rd and find one that will not put you through the torment I am now having to write about ! read more

Very disappointed. I requested to have dipping powder removed. He was ticked when I asked. He was so rough on my nails. It has taken two months for my fingers to quit hurting. He used dremel - created ridges that weren't there before. I hid my hands. The poorest customer service. The young lady is nice and good but the two guys are terrible and rude. read more

I will never go back in this place! I walked in chairs were open, lady ask could I help you I said yes ma'am would like to get a manicure she said it would be 20 minutes well long story short a couple walks in and gets seat right away. I look like what the heck is this, she says oh you're next he doesn't do men yet she just seat a couple! Piss poor customer service. I have been going to Mont Belvieu nails once monthly for a manicure for 6 months. Every visit has been wonderful. I use Victor and he has always done a fantastic job on my nails. I use the dip procedure and I always leave with a professional job done! Everyone is friendly and they are clean! read more

I went to get black matte nails a few months back and the same day that I got them done the nail polish started peeling off and I wasn't doing anything crazy just hanging out around the house. So I went back the next day to get another set done. I wasn't going to say anything to the guy or complain, I even went at a different time so that I could avoid any issues with him because he was kinda rude the day before. But he ended up seeing me and asked if I didn't like my nails and I said no, they just started peeling and he look at them and rolled his eyes and said that I must have done something to ruin them? I would have understood if it was maybe a week or two after.... but it was less than 24 hours later. They wanted to charge me to remove them and also for my new set. I wasn't even that mad to pay for it but the fact that he came to me and tried to blame it on me. I was so mad. So the older man that ended up doing my nails the second time said that I didn't have to pay, but he was rude and really rough the whole time. I will never go back to this place. Got a tip to come here from a friend in the know. Best $85 I've spent in a LONG time. My mother and I both got mani/pedis, and the artwork that Tina did on my mom's nails was beautiful (I can't believe they can draw those designs so small!). I like that the place is spotless-clean and the techs are nice and talkative. There's nothing worse than someone just working on your hands or feet and not even acknowledging you. Lydia was my tech and she was so sweet. My tip, though - make an appointment because they were busy bees! read more

They are supposed to open at 9:30 am- always show up 20-30 minutes late. Do a great nail job, just not punctual.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. I have had my two big toes in bandaids and antibiotic ointment ever since I left 4 days ago. The technician was so rude, left half of the treatments off of my pedicure. My pedicure was done in half of the allowed time. I stopped her twice and told her to stop what she was doing while she was butchering my big toe nail corners. All of the remaining toe nails are unevenly cut and filed. Looks like a 4 year old did this job. Worried I may be getting an infection. Don't go!!! read more

DEFINITELY NOT GOING AGAIN!! The lady didn't even ask what i wanted done she just started painting my nails the color i wanted when i actually wanted a full set, she was rushing, cutting me multiple times, shaped them terribly & extremely crooked, & my nails aren't fully painted there is spots without nail polish... how, like i do not understand.. She left the nail glue on my hand ON MY HAND, the underside of my nail has clumps of dry glue(it is part of her job to take the dry glue out from under my nail), my worst experience yet & ive been to so many nail shops. Positively never going again. $60 was what i payed & ive never payed that much, i get the same length & type of nails every time, my overall visit was sad & complete bs. read more

Will NEVER come here again! I went to have my nails done on Wednesday, per Tina they did not have enough time so they could do my pedi and she asked if I could come back on Thursday. I told her yes and she wrote my name in the appointment book for 6PM. I showed up at 5:30 on Thursday and was told by a very rude lady that I did not have an appointment, Tina was not here and no one could do my nails! Horrible experience at the nail salon by Pizza Hut! This is what my nails ended up looking like, done by a girl named "Karen". First of all, she never smiled, and the only thing she said to me was, had she ever done my nails before? She appeared really angry, and was in a rush. She was fixing to polish them, and I told her, they did not look right, could she fix them? She said, no, that's how she does nails, that there is nothing wrong with them, they look "natural". I told her, I was not happy with how they look, and she proceeds to tell me, if I don't like the way she does Nails, don't ask for her. I told her I didn't ask for her, they gave her to me, she then proceeded to jerk my hand to look closer, and I told her, do not ever jerk my hand again, or any other customers for that matter. The only request I had was, for them to be really square. As you can see, they are very odd shaped, some corners completely rounded, some were kind of square. The nail bed product was so thin, and the white part was so thick, that it made a "bump" because it wasn't even, and she tells me I should have said I wanted them thick! I said, I don't want them thick, I just want them done right! The edges weren't even filed evenly, the white part was done so sloppy! This lady was in a rush from the very beginning, and was very sloppy, I've been to this salon for years, and never been treated this way, or at any other salon, in my life. I said, I'm not paying $40 for this, unless someone else fixes them, She told me no one would fix my nails, so I asked for the manager, she laughed and said they didn't have one. By this point, I'm so mad that I'm in tears. Karen was angry, and not wanting to help at all. An older worker was walking by and I grabbed her and asked her to help me, and she just said, oh Honey, she's not done yet! I said, yes she is! She is trying to put the clear coat on! Another worker called me over to her and told me if I could wait until 4, she could fix them for me, or I could go back tomorrow when the owner, Tina is there. It's 1pm, and I told her I shouldn't have to wait for hours, could I get my money back? The entire time, the other lady Karen, is laughing, and I'm sure talking about me, (but I have no idea since it was another language)with a smirk on her face. Finally, another lady sat me down to fix them, she looked at them and said she would have to totally redo them, or I could soak them off and get a refund. I decided to do that, and will go somewhere else tomorrow. I have never been treated so poorly, and I'm not one to complain at all. I normally will just pay for something, even if I see something I don't like, but they looked SO bad, I just couldn't leave there with them looking like that, and paying $40. From now on, I will go to VIP nails next to Target in Baytown. I hate to drive that far, but the service is awesome, and they always look great. read more

This experience was so bad, I actually walked out of the salon. This was my first visit and it was terrible. I entered the salon and a woman who was doing a customer's nails shouted from the back of the store if she could help. So I said I needed a manicure. She shouted back if I wanted shellac and to choose my polish. Since I have a problem with communicating via shouting, I said give me a moment to decide. After a few minutes, she shouted back if I knew what I wanted. I said just a simple manicure. Then another woman came in and she said she wanted a manicure. Another attendant came from the bowels of the shop and invited her to sit at a manicure station. Seriously? Could it be that she received instant service since she was white and I was a black woman? Then shouter from the back shouted again if I had made up my mind, notwithstanding the fact I had already decided a simple manicure was what I wanted. Since my money is just as green as anyone else and I am a big tipper, I decided this was not the shop in which to spend my money. I calmly got up and walked out the door, got into my Benz and drove up the street and found another shop next to a subway restaurant named T-K Nails and Spa. From the minute I opened the door, I was greeted with a smile, shown the different manicures and treated like a person AND they had customers happily being serviced. What a huge difference in service. I will NEVER go to Mont Belivieu Nails Spa again. Not ever. The worst service ever! read more
