She the one who…read moredid my nails originally and didn't end up doing a great job she left several nails bumpy and rigid when I got them done on the 14th. I came in yesterday to get the polish removed cause I was having a hard time removing them at home. Susie proceeds to grind my nail down on multiple fingers then tells me my nail is super thin well they weren't thin before she left the grinder on too long. On a few of my nails she went straight thru the nail into my skin. I give you Susie 0 stars she doesn't know what she is doing. And she still has left some polish on my nails. Not worth the couple hundred I spent on 2 different occasions In The last week $133 the first time and the 2nd was $141 and then the $12 I paid yesterday for the removal $286 and didn't get great results. First time was a mani/pedi with my daughter and got regular polish hands lasted 2 days max feet still going strong on polish. 2nd time was powder and airbrush for ombré effect. It was cute but was bumpy and uneven and Susie wasn't listening to the length I was wanting. 3rd time was for removal and she has made my nails thin and they are now causing some pain cause several of them are grounded down to the skin.

I chose a shellac manicure and a basic pedicure, immediately two techs began working on me. The lady doing my pedi tried to convince me to upgrade to a "better" (aka more expensive) choice and seemed disappointed when I didn't comply. I wonder why she cares what I selected? Are they pressured to hard sell the clients? I can't say that my service was rushed, but I definitely didn't feel like they took their time with me either. I must point out that I really don't enjoy having my nails done while getting a pedi...it's a lot of work holding my arm at a weird angle for so long! But that's just me and other places do that too, so maybe it's the norm. I was happy with how my nails look considering the powered dip I got from another salon tore my nails up! But I still paid almost $60 (including tip) even with a gift card! Too pricey and a little hurried service is why I'm rating this place only 3 stars.

I've been coming here for a while now on my sisters recommendation and I'm hoping I'll never have to go anywhere else for many reasons: 1. Lee and his wife Lily are so very thoughtful and personable. I love to see them and every other nail tech interaction I've had has been very pleasant. They also are quick to make sure you are comfortable and they offer drinks. 2. Every pedicure/ set of nails I've had here are always top tier and the prices are fair. There have been times (at other nail salons) where I pay a good chunk of change for nails that break/scuff/only last a week. Not here! My nails stay looking good!!! 3. This place practices great sanitation and has patrons wash their hands upon entry and I just love that. 4. My last visit was extra special as I was getting my bridal nails done for my wedding. Lee made sure I was perfectly satisfied and was extra attentive. I paid an amount similar to other visits. That meant a lot to me because in my dealings with other business for the wedding, some people will charge you extra or try to upsell you if they know it's for a wedding. Not the case here. It all started when I came in later in the evening, around 6:30 and they close at 7:30 however, they willingly let me have a mani/pedi. I'd hoped I wasn't going to keep them late, but they gave me THE MOST EXCELLENT service I've had. The gentleman was just that -gentle and paid extreme attention to detail, but he was still rather swift. -Perfect! Then they put me in the wonderful massage chair that spawned an instant relaxing rest of my evening... better than most. So now, I've got the pedicure happening while the manicurist finishes the last touches. They worked well in tandem as a team, taking care not to mess up the polish on my nails. Almost spontaneously, the gentleman finished with my gel polish and handed it off to the lady as soon as she was finished caring for each of my toes. Let me not skip how wonderfully she took care on this pedicure. This gracious lady did more to each toe than I've ever seen. On top of that, I got a tremendous warm stone massage. The prices are absolutely reasonable compared to most, and care about your well-being while in their salon. I am so nice to everyone and she just didn't want to be there. Bad attitude just because I was asking questions. I don't get my finger nails done often. She cut my cuticles twice and made me bleed, used a large and painful tip on the drill. She didn't apologize for making me bleed and then when my nail accidentally bumped the nail dryer she loudly said "UGH!" And Rolled her eyes. So embarrassing.
