After all the critical conditioning and he was about to apply polish --I noticed several of my nails still had old polish on them. I said--you gotta get that old polish off cause I don't want the new polish on top of old polish. He said- you won't see it!! I said well I don't want it left on! So he poured acetone all over my clean/lotioned toes and roughly went over them with cotton ball.. then proceeded to polish. All the passing minutes my feet arch that had been roughed up, and my flesh that had been cut into was burning. He never rinsed prior to beginning my botched polish job! He also missed many parts of my nail polish, and rushed! I told him as he was hurting me, he rolled his eyes. My toes and feet arches is so sore! At the beginning of my ordeal-I told him my water was cold and he just added a little warm till it had soaked onto my towel that I propped my feet onto. This should have been my sign to get up and leave. It was never even warm. After about 30 seconds on my one heal, I asked him to please do my heals a little more cause they are still rough he just angrily grabbed the scratch pad once again and roughly sanded an additional 10 seconds on it. But as he passed it from my heal to the part below your toes he roughly passed it over my arch scratching it so bad it's was sore for 2 days. Should I also mention that while he's doing the bottom of my feet, he never assisted me in holding them up AT ALL....I'm 52 years old and have never had this much disrespect and horrible service in my life. I had read all the negative reviews before my visit, but decided to give them a try, I should have listened to most complaints.. never again. Please make a little trip down the road to somewhere on Garth Rd and find one that will not put you through the torment I am now having to write about !

I requested two shellac colors, and my daughter requested one shellac color on the tip. We even wrote our color choices on paper, yet the technician repeatedly brought the wrong colors, said the correct ones "weren't in the store," and showed a clear lack of workmanship and care in the rushed, uneven application. We were charged ($19 each) for full shellac, and an additional $5 for a French‑style tip, even though we did not receive anything close to a French style. For tip‑only shellac, the charge should have been half of the full shellac price, not the full amount. The polish was applied with thick clumps on the nail bed, uneven lines, and sloppy tip work. After all the confusion, I ended up with one single color, yet was charged as if I received upgraded services. There was no communication about extra charges, and the technician became irritated each time he had to correct the color. The final result lacked basic quality and left us with immediate regret for trying a new place. This experience did not reflect the honesty, professionalism, or service standards we expect. It all started when I came in later in the evening, around 6:30 and they close at 7:30 however, they willingly let me have a mani/pedi. I'd hoped I wasn't going to keep them late, but they gave me THE MOST EXCELLENT service I've had. The gentleman was just that -gentle and paid extreme attention to detail, but he was still rather swift. -Perfect! Then they put me in the wonderful massage chair that spawned an instant relaxing rest of my evening... better than most. So now, I've got the pedicure happening while the manicurist finishes the last touches. They worked well in tandem as a team, taking care not to mess up the polish on my nails. Almost spontaneously, the gentleman finished with my gel polish and handed it off to the lady as soon as she was finished caring for each of my toes. Let me not skip how wonderfully she took care on this pedicure. This gracious lady did more to each toe than I've ever seen. On top of that, I got a tremendous warm stone massage. The polish they use for pedicures last two days before it starts chipping away very badly. It seems they use the lowest quality of everything because nothings lasts for what you pay for. The customer service isn't great either. I dislike that I don't get to enjoy my pedicure without them harshly doing my fingernails at the same time (trying to finish with me fast and get me out the way) and they are just laughing/talking the whole time in front of you. It even felt like they would talk/laugh about me at some points. This was my experience both times.
