However, when he sent the contract many red flags were raised. I called and spoke with him regarding 1 particular issue and didn't hear from him again until I mentioned his lack of integrity and follow through in response to another Allsource employee attempting to contact me through yelp. Now he's even offered to reduce his monthly fee to regain my business. No thanks- I can see the signs this would have been a nightmare.

On the day of painting, the owner added hundreds of dollars of costs that were "over looked." I compared both contracts and they are so similar I can't tell why all the extra charges are there. An itemized receipt was requested multiple times, including in writing, but was never produced. Additionally, I have to decide if I want to exercise my warranty rights for them to fix the "sanding" that they claimed was done. See attached photos for the quality of work. Finally, in the age of Venmo, ApplePay, PayPal, etc., they think it's good business to pass on credit card fees. There are plenty of painters in the Sugar Land/Greatwood area. Avoid this group at all costs. I am already looking for new painters for my next projects. Original post (with minor edits): They took way too long responding to requests for work. Others saying the same thing. Then they took 3 days to complete a 1 day job and did not meet the expectations on the contracted work (see sanding comments above). The painters were nice but are sub-contracted to work for terrible business owners. The person that handled finances clearly overcharged with hidden fees and could not create an itemized receipt. You will be overcharged here. Avoid at all costs.
