After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened. His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. He came out and covered the boot to prevent more leaking inside, and then he along with a crew member came out on a Saturday morning to replace the boot.
