I found a beautiful handmade copper grizzly bear ornament--absolutely perfect and full of local charm. The selection throughout the store is impressively vast, ranging from baby clothes and hats to jewelry, kitchen accessories, and so much more. Everywhere you look, there's something unique to discover, and I couldn't resist taking photos of the variety. The staff were wonderfully friendly, greeting me warmly and offering help right away. Overall, a fantastic place to find meaningful Montana-made gifts and souvenirs. Highly recommend!

Their wine selection is pretty big, and they carry wine you cannot find elsewhere in Missoula. It's a fun store to shop in and their prices are extremely reasonable. They always keep it looking neat and spotless. For a store with such a wide array of merchandise scattered throughout, it is very organized. They frequently have sales on furniture, so if there is something you are eyeing, it's probably safe to say if you wait a week or two, you can get it cheaper then. They carry furniture you cannot find anywhere else in town. If you like Pier 1, but don't like their outrageous prices, odds are you will love World Market.

I made an online pickup order and the confirmation email said that WM opens at 10 on Saturdays. So does their google hours. So, we drove across town to WM and called the store to bring the order out. The woman who picked up declared that they open at 11:00 and hung up on me before I could tell her that their actual hours on their website state otherwise. So, we waited an hour and came back and went inside this time. There was the manager, still with the nastiest attitude ever, acting beyond put out that she had to grab a bag and hand it to me. That woman needs a serious attitude adjustment. And maybe they could update their hours online?!

OCT 5th I placed an order for these awesome ashland bats…read more OCT 7th it shipped. Box was damaged and returned to sender, someone named "Patty" received it in Ft Worth, TX. NOBODY CONTACTED ME. NO EMAILS. NOTHING. I contacted them on the 18th via online rep, they said it'll be re sent (see screen shot). 1 week later I call this time 1800michaels... Order was placed on hold... because they're waiting on the return of the box they got 9 days ago. They said sorry over and over. Guaranteed they'd expedite my shipment. Said itd be a day or two before shipping.... Hung up. 10min later I get an email notifying me of a refund. So I call AGAIN... They said it was automatically refunded because no more stock available. ITS STILL FOR SALE ON THEIR WEB PAGE. Am half tempted to order one with the $20 "sorry we screwed up" card.

I am unable to come back into Missoula until next week. There were only a few pairs left so I called to see if I could purchase the right size over the phone. Store policy does not allow that but Deb was Very Kind and Understanding about my dilemma and has agreed to hold them for me until I can get to the store next week.
