The adoption cages for the guinea pigs were a decent size today, but there have been times in the past where the cages are super tiny and not well cleaned. I also disagree with the sticker on the guinea pigs cage stating "easy care," because this can be misleading. Guinea pigs and hamsters deserve better treatment and should not always be labeled as beginner pets since they both require more attention and maintenance than what big pet stores advertise. Other than the way they care for the animals, I do think this establishment has a fine selection of animal food and supplies.

I was blown away by how knowledgeable and helpful Marissa was. She helped me pick out the right food for my pup as well as a few supplements known to help my dog's condition. She is blow dried by hand and not put in a drying cage, which helps Pippa to feel more uncomfortable. Andie has helped us to help Pippa have better grooming practices and behavior to aid her when she visits. She goes in almost weekly to have her ponytail and bow fixed because she doesn't let mom do it yet, but Andie's helping her with that too. Andie always recognizes Pippa and remembers her name and Pippa gives her tons of love and kisses even though she hates the groomer.
