An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.

Given the uniformly perfect scores and highly favorable reviews Loupe Digital received, we decided to try them. The photo is a panoramic one. We explained we wanted only that shape in true colors. James listened carefully and understood exactly our concerns about the panoramic shape and true color quality of the turquoise shades of sea, the sky and the sand. We chose the exact size for the true color prints from image sizes he displayed on his computer. We selected one that was just right. In consultation with James and Michael, we then chose the frameless acrylic frame in which the print would be sealed. We got the framed print back today. What we got far exceeded that: it looks and feels like we are back there. It's a fantastic panoramic true color print in a sealed floating frame. We expected very good. They are highly skilled professional who really care about their craft, and get everything right first time. It was a calm, friendly experience throughout. I'm leaving town today and I've used this post office twice. My first experience came with a little…read moreattitude but no biggie. My second experience however, involved a tall gentleman who refused to give me my package without a tracking number. I told him that I had my ID and an email saying that the package had arrived but no tracking number and he said that there were too many packages and that he couldn't give me a package with just my name. So, I went outside to collect my thoughts, clicked on a couple extra blue lines of text and found, all those significantly more difficult than usual, my tracking number and found a black lady (Clarification because I don't know their names and the white lady from my first experience was innocuous but a bit rude) sitting behind the window when I returned. The black lady was polite and efficient. I told her that I was looking for a package in general delivery and she asked my name and then she proceeded to spend literally no time in the back, simply reaching through the door and grabbing the correct package and with no hesitation as if she didn't even look at the other packages and she didn't even ask for my ID, let alone a tracking number. I'd like to leave a positive review for the black lady but unfortunately the tall man got in my way. I told her that I might not get around to writing this review and that she was great but she should know that her male coworker is a "dickhead." She either didn't understand what I was saying or with held her glee at my complains about her coworker because she agreed, because she asked me to write this. So, this is for her. Hopefully she gets a promotion and puts her coworkers in check so someone else can give her the glowing review she deserves.

On the plus side, if you ever talk or meet them, they are nice, pleasant people. The quality is very disappointing and upsetting, and some of you may not care, but I do. In the end, when I contacted them to complain about the bad quality, no one replied. But I was not surprised! How do they stay in business anyway? That is a mystery.......
