If I recall, you get a TIFF for the price rather than it being an upcharge from JPEG as is done elsewhere. They have gone out of their way to be helpful on multiple occasions - for example I've asked them basic questions, such as "why is this image underexposed" and they've stopped to patiently explain, despite being busy with other work.
