Very unprofessional and then Tomtxted me from a different number POSING AS ANOTHER AGENT FROM ANOTHER REALTY! I knew it wasn't who it was supp to be but I played along and in the end I called him out on his bs of his fake identity. I'm pretty sure they broke some sort of law posing as someone else. Shady ppl like this u don't want to trust your money with! I have also filed a claim with the BBB. *u have to read the txt backwards as the pics are posted in order back wards so start from "Tommy, I am 25 min away"... and read them backwards. If you're looking for property in the area look faaaaar away from this group of inexperienced clowns. UPDATE: 3 days ago (4 mos after my review) John S wrote a 5 star review and no surprise I get an email from yelp saying they removed my posted pics of text messages I spoke of in my first review. (I found this out because another real estate company called to see if we wanted to list with them) Called Dave on that, he said it was a sale's strategy. ...but would get that up right away.........so we missed out on May. Fast forward 30 days, Turns out he didn't even list it as a Commercial property....so anyone looking for commercial, our building wouldn't even show up.....Called Dave again, ...again he says it was a sale's strategy ....but would fix that immediately.....2 weeks later , our commercial building is still listed as a single family home. So basically, we contracted with O'Rourke 10 weeks ago and our property still isn't listed properly for someone looking for commercial real estate in our area, missing the Prime selling season....We will be pulling our listing as soon as Dave gets back from his 2 week vacation, as he can't be bothered to do his job properly and lies about his so called "sale's strategy" ......really if I could give a Negative Star, I would, that's how truly terrible this agency is.

Perfect location on the River for swimming, tubing, kayaking or fishing. Very affordable. Sweet owners, very friendly dog. Yes the rooms are dated, yes we loved that, it reminded us of all the trips in New Hampshire as children, now we have our own... And they loved it here too. If you like dogs, are looking for a quite cottage in the woods where kids can run barefoot this is the spot. We are used to camping, with an injury that wasn't in the cards anymore so this fits the bill perfectly for us.

Large kitchen, relaxing living room, and large balcony. Amenities here were fantastic. My kids loved the game room that had a variety of video games, prize machines, ping pong, and billiards. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as an indoor pool with hot tub. The decor is probably a bit dated if I'm nitpicking, but this place was perfect as a base of operations for our adventure in New Hampshire. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, although I realized that if I rented another unit my mileage may vary. I believe the units are all individually owned and thus may be in various states of decor or design.

The location was fantastic for heading into Franconia Notch and hitting the Kancamangus Highway. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this place.

The bathroom was the first real impression where a filthy shower mat hung on the towel rack, the hand towel had crust on it and a dried, unwashed blood stain on the comforter. iTrip, who is "managing" this place was very prompt about returning my emails UNTIL I responded to THEIR email asking about my stay. Crickets. I'll include photos. There are plenty of other gorgeous places to stay in Lincoln....don't give your money to Red Sleigh Inn.

Please read about the changes…read more We booked the Red Sleigh Inn seven months ago because we were planning a trip to the area and we love B&Bs and have stayed at many. What attracted us to this facility was its outstanding reputation. However, exactly one week (7/11/22) before we were supposed to arrive, we received an email that Red Sleigh was under new ownership and there were going to be changes. We could not cancel because it was less than 30 days. Here are the changes: 1. Nobody would be at the facility to greet you. Nope, no personal friendly greeting to welcome you like we were used to in the past. They sent you a passcode for the front door and your room. You have to call a property managing company if there is an issue. 2. You receive ONE set of towels per person for stay. We stayed three days and originally only got one washcloth, one hand towel, and one bath towel per person, until we complained and we each got a second set. 3. NO BREAKFAST ANYMORE!!! I guess they left off one B in B&B. They did give us a voucher of $20 a day for the Moon Cafe to get a small breakfast. I do not know if this service is going to continue. We got it because we booked before the change. The room was clean. There was a coffee station and candy station which were kept full by attendants who showed up daily to clean vacated rooms. If you like the AirBnB experience while sharing the facility with other couples, then by all means enjoy. We prefer the true B&B experience with the home cooked breakfast and somebody there to greet you.
