I was selling brand new GoPro Hero 9 (used maybe 3 times since I bought it.) No scratches or damage, a battery, and accessories. I bought the GoPro 2 years ago brand new from Best Buy. I was curious what they would offer. Upon entering the store and them taking my items to review them. I took a Quick Look around.. Nestled in a shelf was a GoPro Hero 8 (a year old from mine!) selling for $399.99. I thought it was wild. What was even more wild is they offered me $60 for my GoPro! I asked the guy about the one for sale for $399.99 and his answer was "we usually will give a big discount because it's been sitting there for a while." I asked what the big discount was because the GoPro Hero 8 sells used for about $130-$150 at the time of this post. His answer when I told him this was, "oh yeah well we would probably sell it at around that price if you were to buy one because we would give a discount for it being there so long." I took it easy on him because he seemed like a younger dude.. But it was but biggest load of bullshit I've ever heard and seen in my life. They are trying to rip you off and resell items at way WAY HIGHER than they should. I highly doubt they are letting you bargain an item priced $399.99 down to $140-$150. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't see it happening. Hopefully this helps anyone looking to pawn items. read more

Waaayyyy overpriced. I've been here multiple times and they are always trying to sell things for more than they have ever sold for. Example they have a Gibson Les Paul Studio guitar right now. Their price is $1999, but these have never sold that high. Recorded sale prices max $1300, usually $1000. Another set they're trying to sell with a Fender Korean made Telecaster, a Carvin X100 amp and a 2x12 cab for an astounding $3300. The guitar is on market online for $650 right now, head $550, cab $250. They're asking over double what it's worth and these online prices are for sale, not sold items that probably sell for less. Another one a Peavey Cirrus 5 bass they're asking again $1999, one online for sale $750 right now excellent condition. They never sell for that. I've brought it up to the store employees before and mentioned again. They told me they would pass on the information but their body language communicated they won't. You could get massively ripped off here. Either they are making mistakes and trying to pass on to you, or just price gouging. read more

I've been looking for a decently priced Kindle and found one on their Offer Up account. I called the store and Alejandro was friendly and told me they had two in stock and their store hours. I drove down and Alejandro was very patient and knowledgeable about the products. We had to wait a while for them to charge enough so I could inspect them. He quickly updated the language on one of them from Spanish to English when I wasn't able to. Overall a great experience with great customer service. read more

To be honest my initial impression was not great. I brought in a portable game console station that was not even 6 months old, bought for nearly $400 and was still marketed at that price point. When I brought it in the man that was helping me originallg offered $25... I told him that wasn't right and that I'd like to discuss it further, but he argued that he couldn't offer me anymore than that. He was just more concerned with helping the people who came in after me. After calling my husband to figure out what I should do I finally got the employee to help me again I asked him to show me what he was searching to come up with $25 and it turns out he was searching the completely wrong product without even checking the vin number or proper name for it. After that was all said and done he did in fact offer me the appropriate amount which made up for what I guess we can call a "mistake." All in all it was a decent interaction I just wished they weren't so misleading and shady with making me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about, but then again it is a pawn shop. read more
