My car was towed incorrectly. Transmission exploded and other damage totaling over 4k. Asked the owner, Rodney Kilgore for insurance information. He refused. I asked for a written agreement to keep insurance out of it. He never sent it. I work for a hospital and had to have a way to get to work. He threatened and harrassed me to keep my mouth shut. So did his significant other. When I spoke up with factual information, he threatened to "come after" me and threatened to sue for defamation. I took him to court for damages and won. They admitted in court they tow all front wheel drive cars front wheels down. Won court three months ago and Rodney has refused to pay. I have had to work overtime the past 8 months, So much stress, lack of sleep. Lost time with the kids. Paying on a damaged car and now having to make payments on a new one. DO NOT use this company unless you want to be threatened and out of a car. I also have proof of every single thing I have stated. Email records, texts, phone records, photos, mechanic statements, court documents, police report ect. This all could have been fixed easily if Rodney chose to do the right thing. Instead, he intentionally caused additional hardship. He stated himself that he planned to drag this out as long as possible. read more

Driving back to Chicago from Key West, we had a blow-out in our RV at about 5 a.m. (on a SUNDAY no less). Luckily, we were able to drive to the next exit, which happened to have a mechanic a couple blocks away. Although this mechanic is a 24 hr. emergency repair, we decided to wait at the nearest truck stop until a decent time to call since it wasn't an "emergency" emergency (so to speak). When we pulled in at 8 a.m., we were greeted by John. John is a handsome fella and very polite. He really sympathized with our situation and asked the man before us if it would be okay to assist us first. The man obliged (thank you). Now, going back to yesterday, we had a blow out on the OTHER side of the RV. When that fella helped us, he asked if we wanted to buy another spare and wanted to charge us almost $300 for a USED one. He was outrageously expensive and I feel he was taking total advantage!! Luckily John had the tire we needed and we did decide to get a NEW spare in addition to replacing the flat one on the RV. I didn't even bother asking how much it would cost. We DO need one after all. John, my husband and I had small conversions while he worked on our RV. He told us some funny stories of situations they had at work and kept us entertained. When all was done, I prayed and prayed that this wasn't going to cost me a small fortune. To my complete and utter surprise, the cost was extremely low and I was so happy and relived!! I tipped John and he was very grateful! John, if you ever read this... I thank you... Thank you... Daughter taken to hospital by ambulance from a 9 car pileup. Police officer left the car key on the car which he said was normal operating procedure. Wrecker driver put the car on his truck and also took the car off of his truck. They lost the $462 car fob. They have been contacted several times about the issue but no returned calls nor returned email. Finally called them and the secretary was extremely rude and said the driver never had the key and he didn't lose it. Obviously the driver had the key or he couldn't move the car. She(they) took no responsibility so I guess we are out the money. I would fire her if she worked for me. Would never use this company. read more

While driving home from Joplin,Mo to Atlanta,Ga today my trucks low oil pressure light came on. I made a call to them for a delivery of oil. They had it to me within 15 min, which is a super quick response and the price was fair. I cannot thank them enough. Thanks again! Brent read more
