We decided to do an addition on our ranch and started looking for a contractor. We had quite a few…read morecome out to take a look, and Al was one of them. We are glad we didn't base our decision solely on reviews and chose him for our project instead. We couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, his professionalism, attention to detail, and communication were top-notch. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. He completed the project on time and within budget, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Every aspect from framing, electrical, and tiling to finishes and cleanup was done with care and precision. The team was respectful of our home, kept the work area clean, and were always willing to answer questions and keep us updated. It's clear he takes pride in his work and truly care about his clients. We've gotten so many compliments on the new space, and we're beyond thrilled with the result. We highly recommend Rimmon Builders to anyone looking for a contractor who listens, collaborates, and delivers exceptional results.

His low prices are not worth the aggravation he put me through. Ask around. You will either find zero info on them or straight lies. His references are fake. Con artists

The saga to repair my garage started in August 2021. Scope of work: replace roof, some siding…read morework, soffit/fascia repair, and new gutters. SOS had some sort of partnership with another contractor who came out to assess the job. I honestly wasn't sure what was going on but there was a hole in the roof, so I signed the agreement and provided them with a deposit. I made it clear that I needed the work finished by a certain date given work commitments. When the deadline came and went, and after multiple calls pleading with them to schedule the work, I followed up with SOS in October 2021 and asked if they could please do the work. Jed let me know that the partnership with the other contractor "didn't work out" and he "felt bad for connecting me with them". As such, he said he would come by and assess the job. A few phone calls/texts later, and he finally showed up. He agreed to honor the quote from the other contractor, but it was up to me to fight with them to get my deposit back (good times!). SOS came and did the roofing work in late 2021 (great crew, hardworking) but the rest of the work required multiple visits over a period of months and frequent follow-ups by me to prompt said work. The job was finally 'completed' in Feb 2022 with some additional fees. Apparently, painting of the new siding and other areas repaired were not part of the quote, so my 13-year-old daughter and I took that on. However, in the days after the work was 'done', my neighbor noticed a portion of the soffit and fascia was not addressed and that there is actually a hole where squirrels can be seen coming and going from their new home in my garage (this part of the roof faces their yard, so I had not seen it initially). This seemed to be an oversight and would take very little time to address. Additionally, given what I paid it needed to be addressed. Months and multiple outreaches later and the job remains incomplete. It is now January of 2023. Recap: repairs requested in Aug 2021. As of January 2023, it remains incomplete. I have reached out multiple times to no avail. I like Jed, but he needs to take pride in his work and finish his jobs. Also, it is not fair to make the customer reach out repeatedly to elicit a response. I do not have time for this, and I doubt others do either. Disappointed.
