There's PLENTY of parking since it's such a huge plaza, but it can get quite busy with all of the cars going in and out. The main intersection you enter in and out can get REALLY ugly with cars not following right of way, the lanes to turn left backing up into the intersection, etc., so if I can avoid it and just exit near the UPS Store I would. I feel like at a certain point they really should put traffic lights there, but on dead times it's not so bad honestly. As for other things, sometimes there's vagrants wandering around (camping behind the Salvation Army), one time a guy was peeing outside of his car, the letters are always being stolen from the Heights sign, and there used to be car meets here before they were shut down. All the other times, it's pretty busy due to the gym and Tokyo Central here, but it's manageable, just be careful since I had a friend's car get scuffed since fools think they can just idle in front of the post office. I feel like I'm here almost every week, if not every other week. The plaza has a Baskin Robbin's/Dunkin Combo, Lan Noodle, a Cantonese restaurant, a dumpling restaurant, Rainbow Donuts, Taco Bell, some tutoring, beauty, and other businesses, Meow Tea and Miko's Pet Supplies with the cat adoption and cafe section, the Post Office, Tokyo Central, the gym, and a pet hospital. There's definitely more here, but since I don't peruse those businesses, I won't list them willy nilly. Towards the vet, there's rows of Tesla chargers. Sucks that they have those now, since before they did they had a little side walk section with benches and just places to low key hang out if you grabbed food and wanted to sit there. I remember when this plaza first opened around the time that I was in high school (yes, I'm a…read morefossil) and there's so many crazy and fun unique businesses that have come and go (such is the nature of life), like the Toilet Restaurant (huge in Taiwan, no way in hell something that novel and fun can exist in the US), a "maid cafe", Japanese Italian fusion, the more traditionally themed Wagyu House by the X Pot, Pelicana chicken (now I have to travel further if they have any fun collabs), and Kira Kira purikura which held so many fun community events for J-fashion and music enthusiasts. Sucks dude, but truly is the normiefication of everything. I know that Jazz Cat is going to close soon, so that's another nail in the memory coffin... As of now, I'm mostly here to go to Chubby Mart if friends desire, Junbi if I'm feeling it (but there's so many stronger matcha contenders out there these days), T-Swirl Crepes if I'm feeling crepes, All that and Dim Sum (sometimes they have pretty good deals here), and I plan on going back to Sushi Yuen one day. The moonware shop is nice to look through for household, kitchen, utensils, ceramic and other goods and gifts. And I know that the JJ Bakery, Monja Taiker (I had a bad experience with the one deeper in SG), are popular here. It can get quite fisted and parking can get busy, at the top layer, but you can also park in the back and in the garage pit. Decent range of prices in where you want to go eat from the somewhat cheaper dim sum and bakery to the higher end sushi omakase and AYCE hot pot and BBQ. There are a few banks. As for the other restaurants and shops, I haven't visited them. I would like to return here in the near future to check out the other restaurants, Daiso, and be a returning customer to 99 Ranch Market and Bafang Dumpling. Back when Poke'Go was a thing this was a fun gym to stop by to do raids too. There was a yummy Korean katsu curry place here before it closed, along with the Old Boys Taiwanese cafe, and there was another Taiwanese franchise boba place in that same plaza that closed as well. Businesses come and go quite quickly here, like the Corner Bakery Cafe, but there are others that stay like the eternal Tokyo Lobby. I've gone to the Little Skewer, Happy Valley Village, and PhoHolic which are nice. The Meet Fresh isn't the best of all the ones that I've gone to. Parking can get hectic and fisted and the spots can get tight, so just park further from everyone else.

Anyway, HC is a huge shopping center. It's primarily anchored by 99 Ranch, Bank of America, Wonde Harbor, Happy Valley Village, Shanghailander Palace, Tokyo Lobby Restaurant, Super Pharmacy, and more. Lots of free parking. I look forward to coming back to offer my patronage and support to the other restaurants. There are lots of them to say the least. Besides food places, this center has non-food biz(es) that offer services such as salon, spa, insurance agency, book and gifts shop, bank, and real state.

To name some of the biz(es) below... there sure is a handful of long biz names. Plenty of parking so no worries there. This village is at Grand Ave and Diamond Bar Blvd... it's a busy corner!
