At the very last minute,we found ourselves in a bind because another sign company decided at the last minute that our sign was "too hard" to produce. After a brief Google search, I called Santa Cruz Signs (same as Monterey Signs), and spoke with very wonderful, calming people that provided incredible service and immediate turnaround on our signs. I wanted perforated vinyl window film for a specific message to be applied to my vehicle's rear window. Christian quickly designed the effective graphics & he even came up with a couple of different designs and more economical choices for me. After my selection was installed, it looked perfect. Unfortunately, the application ultimately didn't work well with my model car, but Monterey Signs definitely knows the meaning of customer service & they graciously and quickly resolved the situation to my 100% satisfaction.
