I had the project as a pdf. Once we got the pdf. to the copymat computer, the person there worked hard at changing the format to fit the 8x8 size and produced the final result, which was beautifully trimmed to exactly 8x8. At the beginning, he had asked how many copies I wanted and I had said one, and his shoulders sank. But he still spent about 15-or 20 minutes inputting the specs, testing by printing and adjusting. When he thought it was just rignt, he gave it to me. said I said it was beautiful. As we went over to the register, I asked how much it would cost, he rang it up and said, $1.02. I said, that can't be right! He said, you're right, it was double sided. That would will be $2.03. I paid the money, and walked out to my car and then came back to him and said that I just couldn't do that and gave him a good tip. You just can't beat that kind of know how, attention to detail, and service to the customer. I will always recommend Copymat for all printing needs.

The day before my trip from California to Pennsylvania, I called to confirm that I could drop off my live leopard gecko for overnight shipping. According to UPS policies, certain live animals, including non-venomous reptiles, can be shipped through approved services. I had already purchased the shipping label, had the proper packaging, and had documentation from the reptile shipping company confirming that the shipment was authorized. My main interaction was with the manager at this location. He repeatedly told me that the shipment could not be accepted and insisted it was a USPS shipment, not UPS. I explained multiple times that it was a UPS label and shipment, but he continued to tell me otherwise. The way the conversation was handled made me feel like I was being dismissed rather than listened to. I also called the other Salinas UPS Store location for a second opinion and was simply told they would not accept it. Because I was told the shipment would be refused, I had to contact the reptile shipping company directly. Thankfully, they were extremely helpful and arranged for someone to pick up my gecko from my home. Unfortunately, the pickup didn't occur until around 6:00 PM, after the cutoff time for overnight shipping, causing an unnecessary delay and additional stress right before my cross-country trip. Fortunately, the next day, while I was already in Pennsylvania, the shipment was picked up on time and my leopard gecko arrived healthy and safe. This entire situation could have been avoided if the staff were properly informed about approved live animal shipments through UPS. I am grateful to the reptile shipping company for stepping in and resolving the issue, but I was very disappointed by the misinformation I received from this UPS Store. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Accepted and Prohibited Live Animals This is a comprehensive list of live animals accepted for transportation. Really wanted to get a company that would pay attention to the detail and get this done right since it's a nice house. They came out and measured all the panes, custom made replacements, and came back and swapped them out. All told this was a big job requiring a significant amount of labor. Turned out great! See my picture. Heads up I will mention the job start to finish took about 4.5 weeks vs the 2.5 weeks initially estimated, largely due to ordering of the custom glass. The price quoted was fair, and they came in 100% on budget. Happy to recommend and use them again. Also happy to use a local business.

We get our company trucks wrapped by this company they may take a few extra days but the price is right and the finished product comes out great. Won't take our shop trucks anywhere else to get done. Also they don't sing you on the artwork charges like the other place we use to go to. read more
