Our son, Tristan, started in the Peach Room and is now in TK, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, the warmth, dedication, and experience of the teachers have been evident. Not only in how they care for the children, but in how long many of them have been with the school. Carina and Kathy, in particular, have shown such patience, care, and creativity in supporting his development. And Principal Meghan is so thoughtful and engaged, she genuinely knows and cares about every child and family. "Once we come across your name on the waitlist and a spot becomes available I will be in touch with you immediately." It's the end of January 2023 and I have yet to hear from them. My family and I waited and waited to hear from them, and were not able asses our childcare options properly due to their lack of communication. At this point, I don't believe there is even a waitlist anymore, and i just lost $150 at no fault of our own. If I had removed myself from the waitlist I would understand not getting a refund, but that is not the case. I'm still here waiting for them to "come across my name."
