We have been coming here for a few years and have never had an issue. This time we came with our nephew who is special needs and in an adaptable wheelchair stroller with us again and we were in the soft play area because he needs his wheelchair for his tube feeds and in between playing to take rests. He also enjoys watching all the kids playing and being able to scoot around on the soft floor but then also be wheeled around to see around. We have never had an issue before, but today we were asked to move him to the non play area because "the wheels destroy the soft floor" we explained that his wheelchair stroller is how he lives his life and is the only way he can be comfortably included in the play. Asking us to move the chair basically removes him from the play area. This is discrimination against those who have mobility issues and special needs. After spending more than $400 on everything including the cheap portion sizes for food and no coffee because their coffee machine is broken, this honestly was the last straw! Never coming back here again!

This is a great place for kids! The charge per kid is only $10, which is an excellent deal. Many…read moreother places charge 50-100% more, and because of that we avoid them. It's a new facility, so the equipment is new and in great condition. There are many different play structures for kids to have fun on; both my three year old and my seven year old can easily spend more than two hours there without getting bored. There are really only two negatives I can think of. One, the price of some food is a bit high. Not outrageous mind you, but $24 is a bit on the high side for a large pepperoni pizza and two drinks. Thankfully the drink refills are free. They have a variety of items, so you can pick what your budget allows. The second negative is the arcade. It has all new games, but yikes, they are expensive. We spent $10 on a game card, got 24 tokens, and blew threw them in less ten minutes. Most of the games are six or eight tokens - a few are four - so your token credits go fast. And the games are over in a matter of seconds. One in particular drops a single ball, costs six or eight tokens, and it's over in about five seconds. Their arcade should have more games that are less expensive and last longer for kids to play. The tickets you earn on games are tracked digitally - that's slick, no waste - and can be exchanged for your typical cheap trinkets. But the kids have fun "shopping" with their tickets, so it's fun for them. Despite the two complaits above, I'd still highly recommend this place to anyone with kids who's looking for an affordable way to entertain them for hours.

The admission price was great. About $13 for children and we arrived at 7pm and received 10% off! That was an added bonus. The jungle theme of the playground is fun! I noticed at least 8 private party rooms. Separate toddler areas looked fun! The food selection was great! We had juice boxes $1, fruit salad $7 (fresh! Not canned) and tea $3.50. I noticed people around me having pizza, fries, poutine and sandwiches. It all looked delicious. But the best part was the actual playground. Right off the bat I noticed this massive climbing wall (soft walled, trampoline like fabric) with a huge slide! It looked very exciting. The kids just flew down that slide. It reminded me of my childhood. The ball pit had a tube that kids put balls in and it sucked the balls up to a bucket above their heads. Then after awhile the bucket dumps the balls on the kids. My youngest is in the Giggle Toes class, which has a dance component and a bit of gymnastics. She is 4 and is never bored, has a ton of fun learning her dance moves, and loves her teachers. My oldest takes the gymnastics class and has come a long way, and has gained confidence. The staff here is excellent! You can tell they love their jobs, and they always remember the kids names, are always patient and friendly and so helpful. Yes, it is a little pricey, but definitely worth the $$! You can put up your own decorations but time is limited in the room so I never did. They provide wrist bands for the kids and if I recall correctly you get a couple for the adults who are supervising. My only complaint is the girls at the front where you go to pay for swimming were harsh with the kids who were really excited to go in, telling them to go back and line up on the other side, there was no marked signage as to where the line up starts and its not like Vivo where if you have a pass you can go on through the fast line. Other than that its a really good activity center to visit if you don't mind making the 20 min drive out of Calgary.

Booking the party was a breeze. Packages to pick from and dates and times that were available. They even called 2 days before the event to confirm times, amount of kids and all the food we ordered. Which was great. We chose a Saturday afternoon and this place was very busy. The great thing about this place is you can fill out the waiver and set-up an account online before arriving. So you're not standing in line trying to do this. A real breeze and time saver. You can also do this if you're just going in, not just for a birthday party. The kids had a blast. They had an hour to go ahead and jump around, 30 minutes to come back to our table and have food and cake, than another hour to jump and play. A party is 2.5 hours and that was more than plenty. The kids were pooped, sweaty and had so much fun. The great thing is, we also had a host who took care of everything (timing things, when the food was ready, keeping the kids on track, decorations, plates etc). The only thing we needed to take care of was bringing a birthday cake and goodie bags for the kids. They took care of everything else and was a stress-free birthday party. Which doesn't happen too often. I think all parents should take their kids here at least once. Plenty to do for all ages and what's not to love about a trampoline park? Highly recommended.

And when it was brought to the attention of the employees they just brushed it off going I'll talk to them. 1st incident 2 girls much older then my daughter were picking on her then purposely stepped on her head several times. And when it was brought to the attention they just shrugged and walked away. Then going through the obstacle course another bigger kid barrled over her without a second though. Running full tilt... I under accidents happen in a busy area but if there is bullying and kids being mean they should be held accountable. I'm very very disappointed
