Currently he's 2 and a half so he's in the two year old program. I was nervous when we first registered him because he wasn't separated from anyone besides his family care-givers and I was nervous about how he was going to handle school. At first he was nervous but now that he realizes he'll be picked up he seems to be okay about going. The staff I have dealt with when I drop him off seem to be very nice. Miss Lisa seems to be an awesome teacher. I am nervous because our son has been pushing some of the kids in the class and even though this is normal toddler behavior we are trying to nip it in the but and discourage it. I'm just scared he might get kicked out of the school for it if it's ongoing but we'll see what happens. In short I'm impressed with this school so far, I hope my two year old does not get kicked out so that he may continue his pre-school years at Miss Midgie's.

The teachers give us updates and a plan for our children to succeed and achieve their potential. The rates are great. ALL the teachers are professional, caring and nurturing. I have a very shy 4 year old and when he sees his teachers he comes out of his shell and warms up immediately. Not a bad word to say! Great experience all round.

Enrolling him was one of the best things we could have done for him. He is neurodivergent, and the teachers and school staff have worked closely and thoughtfully with us to ensure that his needs are met and that he continues to grow and learn. He has spectacular social skills, and is particularly sensitive to, and encouraging of, students who are younger than him. We are confident that when the time comes for him to make a transition, he will have a solid foundation, both in terms of academics, and socially. They foster leadership skills, public speaking skills, empathy, creativity, inclusion, and an appreciation of the outdoors. He had a tough time transitioning and eventually we got him to go for a period of 3 months without tears. 6 mos later after winter break, he was horrified going. He screamed, cried and they would call me to speak to him because of how bad it was in hopes to calm him. They would remove him from the class and send him with the director who he had no idea of, in order for the teacher to just continue to teach. It obviously would get bad for any child to go with a stranger. They would then call me to pick him early. I tried to reach out to his teacher multiple times throughout the year in terms of communication and it was extremely poor. The only time I'd get good communication would be if they wanted me to pick him up early ( also stressful for a working parent). In the end, the new director spoke to us and we decided it best to withdraw him. I reached out to teacher to get in touch as to what the heck happened but she wouldn't respond until the director intervened. HORRIBLE SCHOOL and HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Do not send your kid here unless he or she knows how to fully speak and even then, they could care less about your child. I was told to ask his doctor about separation anxiety lol. I'm convinced something happened there because he went to a new school shortly after and was thriving. Unfortunately I won't ever know what since my son couldn't properly speak and the teacher was terrible in terms of communicating.

She loved all of her teachers, loved all the monthly themes and arts and crafts. She ALWAYS came out of school with a smile on her face. As a parent, I felt very comfortable knowing Peanut's was a safe environment with teachers and Directors who truly care about the well being of all of their students. My son is currently enrolled in the 2's program. He has grown so much since the start of the school year; I am already sad thinking about when my Peanut days are over. My son LOVES his teacher and co-teacher. When the teachers greet his class in the morning, my son lights up, smiles so big and rushes to get into the gate.
