Miss Thiru, her teacher in the Lilac class, has been absolutely incredible -- a perfect blend of warmth and discipline. She is both loving and firm, which is exactly what young children need to grow, learn, and thrive. We feel truly lucky our daughter had her as a teacher this past year. The daily schedule is thoughtfully balanced with Montessori activities, worksheets, and play. The worksheets have been especially helpful in building her number and letter recognition, as well as her logical thinking skills -- all while keeping her excited and engaged. The outdoor playground is spacious, and the kids love their time there. The only suggestion I'd make is to add some shaded areas, as the summer heat can get intense during the 2-hour outdoor window. Our daughter often comes home visibly tired from the sun. Overall, we really love the school and the nurturing environment it provides. Grateful for the foundation it's building for our daughter's learning journey!

Ms.Yolanda and all the teachers at LFM had ensured that he had a smooth transition into the new environment, helping him grow his social and learning skills in the most caring & nurturing manner - getting him geared up for Kinder in every way possible. One thing that truly stands out is that all the teachers are extremely loving & it shows when the kids want to be around them even when they are playing in the yard. The facilities in the school inside the classrooms, library, gym & outside in the yard are always maintained extremely well - giving kids the best of the infrastructure at all times. What stands out is the indoor gym at LFM where kids get to play if the weather outside is not suitable for their outdoor play - and they enjoy the gym as much as they do the yard! The amount of work that is put in to appreciate every single season of the year, festival of various cultures is incredible & huge kudos to Ms.Yolanda & Ms.Archana and all of LFM's staff on being thorough & meticulous every single time. LFM Birch has been like an extended family where we knew our child was given the best care & environment to grow! We are very grateful for our child to have been a part of the LFM Birch family :)

The transition from one location to the other went smoothly. We love the fact that the classroom size is small so their seems to be more attention to the kids. He has learned a lot and can trace letters/numbers and color within the lines of pictures. At home, he has learned to clean up after himself in regards to putting toys away, its not all the time. If he plays in his bedroom, he will clean up the toys before he goes to bed. Our son loves going to school, he's one of the earlier drop offs and the teachers welcome him with warm greetings in the morning and have him assist with morning tasks. His main teacher is Ms Poonam and he adores her, she has been a great teacher to him and has helped him become fully potty trained! My son was ready to be potty trained and when I asked the staff they would provide me a daily report and eventually were able to get him fully potty trained. It's a big help to have the school support when we were implementing potty training at home.

It's newly remodeled and clean, with a good size play yard that also gets plenty of shade. Most of all we love the teachers, both Ms. Sana and Ms. Poonam. Ms. Sana has provided such a loving and nurturing environment for our child, we are eternally grateful. She is gentle and firm when needed. She also successfully identified our kid was ready for potty training and we were done with diapers within a week because of her incredible work at school! (We don't take any credit for that haha). The school is masterfully orchestrated by Ms. Shawnnen. She was the first familiar face we met when transferring to this location from Irvington and were so glad to see her. She is very supportive and a great communicator. I couldn't recommend the school more. Our kid loves attending this school. She is singing songs, counting and knows many of her letters. She is also mastering a lot of basic life skills, like dressing herself, using utensils and developing her independence, and I know that she is in great hands every single day with her Dusterberry family.

My son obviously had opportunities transitioning from home care to Montessori School, but Ms. Grace was great through the transition every step of the way. During her time here, she made so many friends, and every teacher was incredibly caring, supportive, and kind to her. We loved this daycare so much that we gladly made the drive from Hayward every day for drop-off and pick-up because we knew our daughter was in great hands. The staff played a huge role in helping her grow into a respectful, kind, and independent little girl who was always willing to help tidy up and care for others. We would like to give a special thank you to the amazing teachers who cared for our daughter throughout her time at the daycare. In the Willow classroom, Ms. Frances, Ms. Ariana, Ms. Gina, and Ms. Lizeth were wonderful. In the Lenido classroom, Ms. Shamila, Ms. Grace, Ms. Neelam, and Ms. Inderjit took excellent care of our daughter. We would also like to thank Ms. Cielo and Ms. Lullette for all their care and support. Thank you to the entire team for the positive impact you had on our daughter's development and happiness. Unfortunately, we are moving farther away and can no longer continue with MCC. We are truly grateful for everything you did and highly recommend this daycare to other families. Additionally, we will always cherish the wonderful memories our daughter made here and appreciate the strong foundation MCC helped build for her future.

He was at that time shy, hard to communicate with, and was overall stubborn with wanting to do what he wanted and when. As a father that always wants the best for his kids and worries about how they may acclimate to new places and experiences, I worryingly counted down the days until we ultimately had to let him walk through the threshold into Level Up. The initial drop offs were rough on us and him as he got used to new places and teachers, and every week I wondered if it was truly the right choice for us. However, thanks to the absolute patience, empathy from the staff here, and stunning attention to what our son needs and how to communicate most effectively with him he started to absolutely blossom. A kid that couldn't finish the ABC's was somehow talking in full sentences by the end of the year, telling his feelings in reaction to what we were saying to him, and somehow became the line leader of his entire group. While yes, some of this may have come naturally to him over time both my wife and I agree that this school has put him well over the top of academic and social expectations. He has become acutely aware and sensitive of others people's wants and needs, is quite the public performer thanks to the schools seasonal performances, and thanks to the learning curriculum is quite aware of how to conserve energy and help the earth thrive. While still the stubborn little guy he is, he continues to excel and be nurtured by the staff who is THE reason why we are still at this location. Ms. Shushma, the manager of this facility has lead her team in a way that is nothing more than admirable. It is clear during drop offs and picking up that she knows the personalities and needs of every single one of her students and makes sure that they are accounted for. Her door is always opened for questions, concerns, and she has always reached out with thoughtful ways on how to best take care of our son in the most respectful manner. Over the last year and a half she become one of the most influential people in our sons development, and we could not thank her enough for her time and energy. If you are looking for a care center where your child needs attention, patience, and a really fun place to play (the happy home indoor play area two doors down is really cool) I would highly consider the Fremont location. We are currently enrolled in a full time 5 day a week program with optional included meals and will be enrolling our daughter when the time rolls around.

After about 2-3 months at school and interacting with the children and teachers, his vocabulary has exploded. He talks all of the time now and surprising us with new words almost every day. When he started, the teachers assessed how much he knew already and looked at what they have to work on with him. They focused on phonics and getting him to use words more. They do have parent-teacher conference to go over his progress and what still needs to be worked on. He is still not the best at sharing but he is learning. He enjoys the songs and dances that he learns from school. He is slowly getting better at the worksheets needing less assistance than before. He loves his alphabets and numbers. He knows how to read a couple of words. Our son has been in the middle of his potty training journey, but it's been difficult for him to use unfamiliar bathrooms. The teachers remind the kids on using the bathroom. The school has part-time and full-time enrollment. The teachers are always so nice and patient with him and the other kids. The school has occasional events/programs throughout the year that we are invited to watch as the kids have fun and perform what they have learned. We are so happy with his progress thus far.

One thing that has been a delightful surprise is his love for dance. The school has weekly dance sessions where the kids are taught a new song and routine regularly, and he now dances at home with so much enthusiasm. It is wonderful to see that kind of joy come out of him. The summer camp experience was fantastic. The kids were exposed to a variety of outdoor games and activities that kept them engaged, active, and excited. The science fair was another highlight where our son got to present on the solar system, a proud moment for us as parents. The curriculum also covered the life cycle of a plant and all its parts, which he came home talking about in detail. It is clear the teachers make learning interactive and memorable. The themed weeks are a great touch. Each week has a focus area, and the kids do art and craft activities around that theme. He always comes home with his artwork, which we love keeping. Story time and circle time are clearly favorites for him too, and we can see how these routines are building his listening and communication skills. What stands out just as much is the staff. Every single morning and evening, the teachers greet both the kids and the parents with warmth and genuine happiness. The energy they bring is infectious, and you can see it reflected in how cheerful the kids are. We never drop him off to a quiet or indifferent environment. It always feels welcoming. A special mention to the wonderful team of teachers, Aparna, Fatima, Hinal, Laxmi, Pooja, and Aamina, each of whom has contributed to making his time here so enriching and fun. We also want to highlight Teacher Ratna, who went above and beyond during what was a significant transition for our family. We are relocating back to our home country, and she handled the entire process with such grace and genuine care. She prorated our tuition without hesitation, prioritising our situation over any financial consideration, and was consistently supportive and understanding throughout. That kind of integrity and human touch is rare, and we are truly grateful. Communication from the school is excellent. We receive updates every other day on the WhatsApp group with photos and a rundown of what the kids have been up to. As parents, that kind of visibility and transparency means a lot. The progress report they shared gave us a clear picture of where he stands developmentally and what he has been working on, which we really appreciated. Overall, this has been one of the best decisions we made for our son. He is learning, growing, making friends, and most importantly, he loves going to school. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing, engaging, and communicative environment for their child.
