They lack the ability to make cuts to a specified size. I ordered 90 pieces of 16 gauge 3/4" square tubing at 52" that they charge me over $250 for. There was no consistency in the cuts. That varied 1/2", some less than 52" and some more that 52". Additionally they sold me a thicker material than I wanted. They lack customer service and made no effort to correct my order. They hung up on me. Now I have to recut every piece of metal. I've lost time and money. I will never use them again.

I'm now the proud owner of a hand forged herb cutting blade - reminds me of a modified Alaskan Ulu knife. My chop cutting blade is one piece of forged steel - at first I thought it was two different pieces of metal. I got the chance to use it this evening when preparing supper.
