I spoke to Mike and he juggled his schedule so he could make it out later that afternoon. Actually he got here by three and had it repaired within an hour. Besides replacing the springs (he replaced both at my request so we wouldn't have to replace the other in a short time) he tightened the chain and lubricated everything. Thursday I called The Door Man and was told they'd send someone to look at it on Friday between 12:00 and 2:00. Two o'clock Friday came and went. I called to ask what time their man would be able to come. I got voice mail: "We can't take your call right now..." or words to that effect. I left a message. Three o'clock came and went. No call. No door guy. I used their online contact form to ask if we were still expecting him that day. No response either by phone or email. It's now Sunday and we haven't been able to get out our front door since Wednesday in the late afternoon. Tomorrow I'll be calling someone else. Just be aware that if you make an appointment with The Door Man, someone may or may not show up.
