We had a supply side plumbing leak which resulted in rather extensive damages to our upstairs bath, bedroom, closet and ground floor kitchen. I initially contacted another company for service. Their estimator somehow managed to break four floor level tiles while he was here (unnoticed until later)! I wasted a week and a half attempting to schedule the work and I finally fired them! Enter Water Extraction Experts. Matt, Andy, Chris (and a few others) at Water Extraction Experts did a thorough and exemplary job of putting our home back in good order, as it was before our little disaster. Black mold was discovered, aggravated by the unnecessary delays described above. Water Extraction Experts did the demo, remediation and reconstruction in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. (coordinated drywall and hardwood subcontractors as well). They worked smoothly with our insurance. On their many visits, every one of them was very friendly, polite, respectful and accommodating. They always arrived promptly. I lost count of how many visits this crew made out here (we live in Tijeras). I had to leave during their last visit on Friday and asked my wife to do a walk around final inspection. I paid the invoice before I left. She pointed out that the rubber seal strip was missing from the foot of the shower insert. (inexpensive peel 'n stick DIY item) and that there was a small hole behind the missing, broken tile. After essentially completing the project and after being paid... THEY CAME BACK OUT on Saturday, replaced the seal and cosmetically reconstructed the damage from the broken tile. The damaged tile was not their responsibility. WOW, where do I start? The service from (WATER EXTRACTIONS EXPERTS) was hands down the best company my wife and I could have hired. We had a severe water leak in one of our bedroom closets and bedroom. The mold was black and since we do not use this room [empty-nesters] we walked into a BLACK MOLD water mess. My family had used a big corporate firm in Albuquerque and they did a terrible job. So, I saw a commercial for WATER EXTRACTIONS EXPERTS. My wife and I almost never get good service when we hire someone. Well, that is not the case here. The job that ​WATER EXTRACTIONS EXPERTS performed was nothing short of 100% plus. From communication, door key lock-box, for them to enter as I am severely handicapped and on oxygen 24/7. At first, I thought it was going to be a five (5K) to seven (7K) repair. Not even close their price was very fair and not what we thought it would be. However, the products they used were top of the line; in fact the job looks better than when we had the house built, no joke. Total perfection. The value looks like a 10K job. We are 100% so happy we saw their television commercial. I will recommend them to everyone and we already have. Furthermore, since I am sick. We had a break in our sewer line. Water Extraction Experts were recommended by our plumber for the cleanup which was quite extensive. Matt and his crew were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. What I was very impressed with was the excellent communication we experienced during this difficult time. Good news and bad news, we always knew were we stood. We received an extensive estimate of the work needed, and they worked to stay within the price quoted. I found out I had a sewer leak in the crawl space under my house. My plumber would not work down there until it was cleaned up and safe. We had a leak in the ceiling of the garage that went unnoticed for a long time because it was dripping into a plastic bin of Christmas ornaments. We didn't find the leak until the bin filled sufficiently to wick up and over the sides. There was significant damage and a large area with mold that needed repair and remediation. Water Extraction Experts were on-time with all appointments, provided quick and accurate estimates, and completed the work on schedule and very professionally. Matt and his team helped us tremendously with an unexpected water leak. A pipe in our wall was slowly leaking over time, which lead to the framework and drywall becoming saturated with water. Matt was able to remove the compromised drywall and insulation, clear the area of mold, and replace the area so it looks like new. Matthew or Adrian owner did not make promised appointment times, had horrible communication, did not deliver what was promised, left garbage behind at work site, left my power disconnected and not properly reconnected.
