We notified the lawyer that it was an error on his end due to the incorrect color that needed to be fixed. First my order was mixed up with another customer. I kept getting phone calls to set up a delivery for another one of their customers. Scheduling the job was hectic. One day they showed up when we were at work and replaced the fabric without opening the awning. They scratched one of their arms to the bare metal. Left old parts for me to remove and when I did open the awning the pitch was way off, too low. I tried getting them to come back to adjust the pitch and they want to charge me 175.00.
