Lovely staff at the shop...I did a quick walk-around inspection of the car with a staff member when I first dropped off the car on 12/19/22. A few days later, I had access (via Geico) to the shop's estimate and photos. The estimate was very fair...they used whatever they could reuse (i.e. undamaged headlight) as they are supposed to. The initial Geico estimate said "12" days and gave car pickup date of 12/31/22. I thought that date was a bit aggressive when I first saw it. I called them on about 12/29 and they said that they were still waiting for parts and they expect the last part to arrive on 1/3/23. I was also told that they think the car would be ready by the following Friday (1/13/23). I was called on 1/12/23 and was told that the car was ready for pickup. I picked it up the following day and was very pleased with the work done. Hard to tell any accident occured except for the newer appearing headlight and foglight on the repaired side. (The old reused parts were a bit cloudier) The paint job was good with minimal-no signs of work done. Overall I was very happy with the staff and work done. It was unfortunate that it took 2 weeks for the parts to get there for an "Express" shop...but I understand that is the nature of the business.

The work was sloppy. Areas like the rear diffuser and behind the license plate weren't even properly washed, which is unacceptable for a service that's supposed to include clay bar and paint correction. Corners were obviously cut. Basic detailing was ignored--the trunk wasn't opened or cleaned, and the inside of the rear window was left dirty. This is detailing 101. The workmanship feels careless and lacks pride. As someone who knows cars, I can confidently say this was a poor job. If you work hard for your money, don't spend it here.
