I needed to get an Apostille for my FBI Background Check. Looked up so many sites / places where they have overpriced costs of $150-200 for one single document. Monument Visa only charges only $55 and the communication was exceptional! Nicole was in touch with me from within minutes of my request and kept me updated throughout the process. What a great company! Fast and easy to work with. They get in touch with you personally to let you know how your documents are doing. USPS lost the package monument sent to me, so I filed a complaint with USPS. Monument called me and said they will resend my document to me for free! It wasn't even their fault. I sent my pdf background check via email and they took it to the State Department the very next day, took about 3 days to get the Apostille, and then another 4 to ship.
