He said this is his first business because he saw a need for it in the area. This will now be my go-to place anytime I need fingerprinting done (hopefully not too often!). I was in and out on a matter of minutes. A few other people I know who had their fingerprints done elsewhere have had issues with everything going to the correct location. Meanwhile, I was notified by my Board that they've already received everything less than a week later. The process couldn't have gone more smoothly.

After writing my name down, I was helped as soon as Susan was done with the last client. She was very friendly and the process didn't take long. She gave me a receipt without being asked which was nice. There isn't a lot of parking in the area, but it is close to the metro.
