She never acknowledged me while I was waiting. Finally, at 7:00, she asked if I needed help. When I told her I was there to pick up a rental, she rudely informed me that I could have just checked in online. If that was an option, why didn't she mention it 30 minutes prior when I first walked in? Letting a customer stand there for half an hour just to give them attitude and tell them to use the app is completely unprofessional. I am very disappointed with how my time was wasted.

Engine lights turned on. Seat was broken. And the thing wouldn't go faster than 54mph. And mind you, I bought the truck "as-is." So if they were well within their legal right to tell me to pound sand. I mentioned the problem to the Sales Manager Andrew Holtzman. Enter Pete Escobedo. This guy is just the best. He ran his diagnostic tool, ordered some replacement sensors, got my seat fixed up, and the truck gets up to 66mph! It runs like new. And I just couldn't be happier. This easily could have been a bad experience but the guys, especially Pete, took such good care of me. For all of your trucking sales needs, go see Pete.
