I ordered a regular size beef burrito meal to go. The menu lists all ingredients in the burritos I asked for no onions but was fine with all other ingredients. Much to my dismay after one big bite there was cilantro in my burrito. That was NOT listed as an ingredient. I am highly allergic and was sick for 2 days after eating it. I tried to call and complain but it kept telling me the caller was busy and couldn't answer. I sent them a Facebook message and got no response either. So I did try to reach out multiple times. Was told that they can do egg white omelettes, so we ordered 2 omelettes and proceeded to wait 45 minutes for cold eggs that were not separated, and stuffed with cold spinach. Waitress claims they "only use real eggs" and that's the reason she can't make us egg whites? Pretty sure real eggs still have egg whites. A hidden gem in the downtown area. Cool decorations and atmosphere. It was really cute and chill with tables, booths, and a cool conference area with seating. I found Moocho Burrito using Google Maps because it was close and the pictures looked good. Oh yeah! It was lunch time and I was able to order from their breakfast menu (served all day). I ordered the huevos rancheros and they were really good! They were served in corn tortillas and the green salsa was delicious. It also came with avocados and potatoes. I love this place. The chicken burrito is perfect and the atmosphere is laid back and inviting. I haven't yet explored more of the menu, but there seems to be something for everyone. The family that owns it are very friendly and accommodating, and it's easy to find a great parking spot in the shade on the square across from the restaurant. Support this business! My burrito took 25min to come out,even though there was only one other customer there. It was delicious with fresh ingredients ,but very small. Ten dollars for this burrito was about six dollars too much. Young kids working there on a school day. The only way this place can survive is to make the food come out faster, drop the price, and sell tons of it. They will not make it with 10 customers a day. read more

Two groups of people who came in after us receive their food before us. My boyfriend had to get up three different times to ask about our food. It's obvious they have forgotten. The menu had a variety of burritos, tacos, tortas, enchiladas, quesadillas, etc. My order was came out within a few minutes. My burrito was a mix of beans, rice, cheese, spinach, onions, tomatoes, and avocado. It was grilled like a panini sandwich. It was very fresh and tasty! I enjoyed the sides of rice and refried beans. The taste reminded me of a really good street taco truck, fresh ingredients made fresh. They served breakfast and lunch. Looks like a family owned business. I always want to see those places prosper. But I was definitely underwhelmed. The "coffee bar" and "fruit bar" are just options behind the counter. Same with the salad bar. It was weird. The cappuccino I ordered was pretty wretched, although they were nice enough to let me take a Starbucks from the cooler as a replacement. It seemed the place was being run by the kids. No silverware was given with our to go order, and no one answered the phone when we called before we came. The waiters to me seemed to be the owners own children who seem to be their by force and didn't had no customer service attitude.
