The flowers are great! That's about the only positive thing I can offer. The staff are so…read moreridiculously rude that it feels like the flowers serve as a pittance for the trauma from enduring their abuse. I've literally been treated more warmly by the police giving me a traffic citation. Each time I've been here (a total of 3 times) i have been addressed not with indifference, but scathing condescension and disdain by both (I'm assuming Nina herself) and her aunt. Forget being treated professionally--being treated with NEUTRALITY is wildly aspirational here. It is the type of contempt typically reserved for tax collectors and dinner party guests carrying active tuberculosis. I stopped by in person to inquire about ordering flowers for Mother's Day about 10 days in advance, just to ask some basic questions. After demonstrating the audacity to inquire about baskets and differences between tiers, I was met with audible sighs and eye rolls that escalated into beratement of my ignorance. The level of unprompted venom was astonishing! Despite my unforgivable transgression of inquiring about the basket diameter of the "Country Blooms" arrangement, I hung my head and meekly submitted my order. I called a couple days later to change the time of my pickup and was immediately screamed at, with the level of hostility normally demonstrated during international war: (verbatim) "do you KNOW how many customers we have? We have HUNDREDS! You're just going to have to wait in the pickup line!" I was completely stunned by this. Okay, congrats. Nina did not consider the radical alternative of asking my last name to clarify my order. This defies reason. It genuinely feels like Nina's Flowers is trying to repel new customers. Unless you enjoy being chastised like a cowering servant in a Brontë novel, I highly recommend you spare your dignity (and money) and go literally anywhere else. EDIT: Angel's Flowers in Newark is selling the same products on their website for like half the price.

I went here in need of flowers for a death anniversary. I wasn't looking for anything particular…read morebesides a nice arrangement of white flowers. Luckily they had two dozen white daisies available and were wrapped beautifully. The daisies were in bloom and fluffy making the bouquet look even fuller. The wrapping was green and brown paper with a yellow green ribbon which was fitting as my cousin was in the Army. Nina was present and she was the one who pointed out the bloomed daisies. Another woman helped with the arrangement. The store is stocked with beautiful flowers and a variety of vases. The value was great and affordable.

So happy to see they have a physical store in Fremont now! I actually ordered my wedding flowers…read morefrom their online store about 1.5 years ago, so it was nice to be able to walk into an actual location this time. We needed jasmine flowers ($15 for 6ft string - great deal!!) and loose petals for a pooja, and even though it was a bit last-minute, we were lucky enough to get everything we needed just a day before. That said, I'd definitely recommend calling ahead to check on fresh inventory, since flowers move fast and you don't want to be left without what you need for something time-sensitive like a pooja. Beyond flowers, they also carry moortis and other Indian pooja essentials, which makes it a great one-stop shop if you're prepping for any kind of religious ceremony or celebration. Grateful to have them so close by now; will definitely be back for future occasions!

We stopped by to pick up flowers for Navaratri, it was a great experience! It's a cute little shop,…read morefilled with beautiful Golu dolls and the vibrant buzz of people preparing for the festival. Two friendly staff members were selling flowers and helping customers with exactly what they needed. We found lotus blooms, malle (jasmine) flower garlands, mango leaves, chamanthi (chrysanthemum), roses, banana leaves, and paan leaves. Everything was fresh and flowers were very fragrant. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the generous quantities. If you're looking for flowers and festive essentials for Indian celebrations, this is absolutely the place to go. I'm excited to check out their new Sunnyvale location once it opens! A quick tip: the line can get pretty long, especially during festival season, but it moves fast. If you can, arrive early in the morning for the quickest service and the best selection.
