The ring was so dirty, it was really bothering me and I knew I had to take it somewhere even if I had to pay for the cleaning. This location opened not too long ago. It's where jiffy lube was located and the space is huge. I walked in and the two employees were immediately attentive and welcoming. I explained my predicament and they treated me like I was a long time customer. They examined my ring and since it's an opal and prone to getting damaged, they can't just put it in their cleaning machine. They had their jewelry expert (who works in the basement) clean it themselves. While I waited, they offered me water, chocolate, and a catalog of their latest collection. The price ranges vary widely, which surprised me. I thought everything would be super expensive but that's not the case. Once my ring was cleaned, they brought it back and it was unrecognizable. It sparkled again! I was so happy. It looked brand new. I asked how much I owed and they said nothing. I was floored. Is this normal? If so, I had no idea. They even told me I should bring it in every 6 months or at least once a year to make sure it stays sharp and all the diamonds are in place. I had never set foot in one of their stores but now I will definitely come back and actually purchase something. Highly recommend. The customer service is unmatched.

I had to bring my young kids in with me (ages 5 and 8) and honestly was dreading that prospect. I told the kids to keep their hands behind their backs, entered the store and passed off my watch to get it serviced. We began looking at the "pretty rings" and a lovely lady came out from the back room and asked the kids what their birth stone was. I expected her to point at an item that had their stones on them. No, sir. One by one, she handed my 5 and 7 year old $3,000-$5,000+ pieces of jewelry so they could see their stones and their mom's. She continued to show them opals and turquoise. Anything that they wanted to see, she showed them. She treated my kids better that other jewelry stores have treated me when I was shopping for my wife's engagement ring and wedding band. I was there for a watch battery; maybe a $20 purchase on the high end (they didn't even charge me because their computer was allegedly down) and we were treated like the governor. Their customer service is second to none. I don't often buy jewelry but I will definitely come back the next time that I am looking for an anniversary or birthday gift. (I wish I'd taken a picture of the kids eating up every word that she said, but I was so enthralled that I left my phone in my pocket).

Communication was never there and they had over a month to at least let me know what was going on and keep me in the loop.

I receive my appraisals back About two weeks later. I really don't have anything negative to say about them. They were very good very thorough and useful. Then time went to a standstill. I didn't hear anything about my for repairs/adjustments until July 14. Two full months later. I didn't know if that's just how things went in Tulsa. But then I received a phone call asking me if I wanted my jewelry back. I thought that was a really weird way to let some one know their jewel repair was done so of course I hop to it and drove out there right away to pick up my repairs..... Having three charms put on a charm bracelet cost me $90. That was well done, but super pricey. One piece of jewelry that I sent in for cleaning and a small clasp repair was returned to me exactly in the same condition that I left at saying that they "don't work on James Avery pieces". Ironically, the charm bracelets were James Avery and the jewelry piece in question was not. So that made zero sense at all. They didn't even bother to clean it. No charge, but WTF? Finally my pearl restringing was done very nicely, however I had to ask about the job and they spent about 20 minutes searching through bins and shoeboxes and drawers and finally they found it.
