It's hard to tell which is worse: its glaring failures to communicate or its broken promises. In addition, the little work that it did do was done incompetently. It has retained parts from my appliances and has failed to respond to my repeated demands that it return those parts. There are much, much better repair services available.

Upon getting home and plugging in and giving it 24 hours. We find out this Refrigerator does not work , ice maker does not work, freezer does not freeze. I called yesterday and was told I would be called back in ten minutes never got a call back. My husband called later that evening and they set up a service appointment for the next day from 4-6. We get a call today and were informed that since we did not have it delivered we would have to bring it back. That was never disclosed to us upon signing our receipt nor was it disclosed to us when we had called the previous day and set up a service appointment!!! When confronted with it not being disclosed to us that we would have to transport it back for the 90 day warranty, we were then accused of damaging it when we transported and installed it! The owner of this company himself loaded the refrigerator and tied it down on our vehicle, it was wrapped in blankets!! I may also add if you have a home warranty this place is subcontracted out to fix a lot of appliance problems, I would make sure these people are not the ones sent to your home!!!!!

Only a young blond girl who works there seem to know how so unless she is there , the odds of being able to use the cc machines is low if you don't have a new cc. My guess is it doesn't work well with old stripes on credit Card.

I have been in this store a few times now and my husband and I have bought a few items from the store. However, the man who is typically working in the store daily is so unfriendly, it is ridiculous. Each time I was in there I was given the impression that I was bothering him and he did not want to deal with me any longer than he had to. Forget about friendly conversation, and DO NOT go in during his lunch break, which by the way is not a typical lunch hour. The last time I was in, I felt like I was bothering him so much with my questions in hopes of buying a vacuum cleaner, that I left and went to Target and bought a very nice inexpensive Bissell, which I am beyond pleased with.
