After calling a plus appliance on a Friday, they dispatched Brandon Monday and it took him 20 minutes. To fix my dryer, he did not need to unstack it. He was very professional courteous and had attention to detail. I would use a plus appliance repair again and again. As far as Sears appliance repair never would.I recommend them to anybody.

We get a call today and were informed that since we did not have it delivered we would have to bring it back. That was never disclosed to us upon signing our receipt nor was it disclosed to us when we had called the previous day and set up a service appointment!!! When confronted with it not being disclosed to us that we would have to transport it back for the 90 day warranty, we were then accused of damaging it when we transported and installed it! The owner of this company himself loaded the refrigerator and tied it down on our vehicle, it was wrapped in blankets!! I may also add if you have a home warranty this place is subcontracted out to fix a lot of appliance problems, I would make sure these people are not the ones sent to your home!!!!!

What I received was very difficult to assemble, to the point where I was afraid I'd break something. I called The Vacuum Store to see if they carry this brand, and even though they don't, the owner offered to help me figure out how to put it together. He also does annual maintenance on my Oreck vacuums and they run like champs. He's never been anything but patient and kind, and his prices are very reasonable. In fact I decided to get this new shampooer assembled with his help and donate it to Goodwill and buy something from him that I can work with more easily and keep maintained. I rarely write reviews, and I only know the store proprietor because I've been a customer there.

He…read morewent into the crawl space and discovered the pressure tank that takes the water from the well into the house was gushing out water. I had no idea how long that was happening. I am elderly and can't get down under the house to keep an eye on things down there. I asked if he could put a sensor on the replacement tank that would alert me when there was a problem. He came up with a MUCH BETTER idea! He put the new tank in a closet up here in the house so I can monitor and turn off the water supply any time I need. I will also be able to change the sediment filter and UV light bulb. And I can purchase those supplies from Kris so I don't have to go out to the store to get them. All the sediment that was stirred up by the constant water flow also affected my hot water heater. Kris and his assistant replaced that too.
