Laura is my massage therapist, she will immediately put you at ease with easy conversation prior to the service. She has a light medium touch which is perfect for me because I'm usually just coming to relax and unwind. Nicole is my esthetician and she is amazing. Each visit she does a thorough analysis of my skin to see how it is progressing or if there are any recurring or new issues. She tailors each visit to what my needs are at that time. I also had a ton of packages that collected overtime and she's always doing the brainwork to find ways to add on services so that I have a great experience and also get the most from my service packages. Nicole is never pushy with product and always helpful if I do ask for a recommendation. The overall vibe is relaxing. No, there is no fancy dark room to sip tea in your robe but the lobby is calm and there is delicious flavored water and non flavored water that guests are welcome to (my favorite is the coconut). The reception staff is always helpful and kind and try to get you on your way as quickly and painlessly as possible. I find this is an easy and affordable way to treat myself each month!

Instead of trying to help or find a reasonable solution, they were rigid, unfriendly, and showed no willingness to accommodate--even though I had communicated that I was delayed due to traffic and still showed up for my appointment. Their attitude made the situation worse. I felt like I was treated with no respect as a customer, and there was no effort to handle the situation in a fair or understanding way. Between being overcharged, rushed, and treated poorly, this was one of the worst service experiences I've had. I will not be returning.
