My manicure and pedicure were flawless and the nail tech was very sweet and friendly. My wax was pretty painful but maybe because I hadn't had one since the Summer and forgot how bad and awkward they can be. However, the lady offered to give me a complimentary touch up a week after, which I thought was nice. Clients were coming in back to back for waxing in the couple of hours that I was there, so this must be the place to go! They also have a location in S River which is much closer to where I live, so I wouldn't mind trying them out the next time I muster up enough courage to get another wax!

My lash tech was very nice however, she took a few pause breaks in between my session. At the end of my session my lashes didn't come out the way I expected. I didn't complain. Following into the next morning half my lashes shredded off, as if I didn't have my lashes done the day before. I contacted the shop via text to alert that I wanted the remaining lashes removed. I was told that at no charge I can have the lashes replaced and or if I would like to have them removed they would be happy to help. Here we are Labor Day weekend I have no lashes at all! Out of all the years of getting lash extensions I never experienced a disappointment of poor service. Lash extensions last between 3-4 weeks tops, not 5 days!

The girl I highly recommend is Amy. She is Asian and speaks little English, but she gives a relaxing massage. She gives a Swedish type massage that's not rough at all just pure relaxation. On top of that she is very sweet and appreciative. She can communicate with you from an app on her phone that translates Chinese to English. I believe she works everyday except Sunday, and she is always there on the week nights I came on. When I came earlier before on a Thursday she wasn't there so I Had a 1 hour massage with someone else. I didn't get her name, but she gave a totally different style type massage, but I enjoyed it as well. She didn't speak much English either but she asked if I wanted it strong, and I said yes. It was a very good deep tissue massage. I couldn't believe how strong she was, and how deep she can get. She did also stretches after the massage. Both were two different styles that I fully enjoyed. I can guarantee you Amy's style is one that everyone will like, but if you want a very deep massage than you would like the other girl. I'd try both and see which style you like better. Some may take off a star for the language barrier, but I won't because these women work very hard to please you. I've been to places where I did not have a good massage that spoke full English. I think with the price being only $50 an hour it's very reasonable, and I'm completely happy with my massage so I'm going to give it 5 stars. There are also separate rooms so you can relax whereas other massage places that charge a lower price don't have the private room like they do here. This is not a fancy spa place but it is very clean as you can see in the pictures and the massage was decent. With massages, they don't depend on the place, they depend on each worker. You can pay more in other places but some masseuse weren't that good. I'm glad we took a chance on this place and we will definitely be coming back. The two ladies who took care of me and my mom were very nice, accommodatingn and took their time. They also speak decent English so communication is not an issue. They didn't do the hot stone towards the end like many other places but that's ok with us because they actually gave us a few minutes foot rub which many other places normally don't.
