Yea you have 5 others ahead of you, not ready ok! I told her I was notified they were ready though and she said nope not here you better come back tomorrow or something. When I arrived at 5, another young lady stated she had to check the database to see if they have the medication. It took her several minutes, and she stated they didn't have it at the location. I told her I came to pick up the medication and that the order was already taken by the stuff member who was standing next to her, who stated 2 hours ago they had it. After some interaction between them I was told nothing was done and the order has to be reprocessed. I then asked the person who took my order what she did after she took my prescription. She stated something incomprehensible. All this time the pharmacist was standing next to them and said nothing. I told the stuff that their actions look like both laziness and incompetence and that I would report to incident. The interaction with the pharmacy staff was stressful and disgusting. I will not use this pharmacy again and will make others aware of my experience. In addition, the store looks unpleasant and decaying. Avoid. I will have to wait to get my medication tomorrow at another location. All our doctors knew the location and we could easily get prescriptions filled. Now that it is Walgreens the store has undergone a facelift and is moving in a great direction. Prescriptions are sent from the doctors electronically, customers are notified by phone and text when ready. As a consumer you can see what the costs are, they pick up the phone and answer questions....imagine that! The store is clean and organized. Great start in Spotswood.

After a few months, this Walgreens would put holds on medications and not give me a good reason as to why. They usually blame the app (which is also garbage) or correct it for me. I attempted to create a schedule with them so that I can receive all my meds at the same time, and they managed to mess that up as well. I'm currently looking for another pharmacy.

Those behind the pharmacy almost pretend like they don't see you. They act busy when in fact they're checking personal cell phones or whatever. I've been talked down to told to wait for a text regarding my script, when I in fact received a text stating it was completed. I don't think they put enough training into new staff. They walk around like oblivious. I really don't understand the issues there. I also don't know why it's so unorganized. There were three people filling scripts and seems to me 2 new trainees left to fend by themselves while at least 15 people waiting. All in line had same response how terrible this location is. Rarely can this Walgreens fill my prescriptions in full. I am constantly charged the same price for…read morea partial fill as I would be for a full fill. Now that I see this is a recurring issue at this location, I genuinely wonder if it is intentional. They also fail to report the fill correctly to my insurance company. As a result, the insurance company denies coverage for the remainder of the medication because Walgreens reports it as a "refill," even though they never provided the full prescription in the first place. For example, if I'm prescribed a 7-day course of antibiotics that should cost $5 with insurance, they will only give me 3 days' worth--still charging $5--and then I am forced to fight with the insurance company to get the remaining 4 days covered. This delay means I lose time between doses, which can make the medication less effective or not effective at all causing the medical issue to come back worse. Walgreens' suggested solution was that I pay the full cash price and use their $2 off a $100 prescription coupon, even though it should have cost me only $5 for a complete fill instead of $103 and wasting my time on three different runs to pickup the medication. They expected me to literally pay for their mistakes. They also refused to call the insurance company to correct their error and told me it was my problem. Days later the issue was finally resolved, but at the cost of my health. On top of that, the store has long lines, long wait times, and constant issues entering my insurance correctly. Despite all their problems, the staff has the AUDACITY tp frequently behave rudely. They don't consistently notify me when a prescription is ready, yet they will call me during the workday and rudely tell me I have four hours to pick it up or they will cancel the order. Final straw -They told me their system had flagged one of my medications for a drug interaction, but they claimed they couldn't see what the interaction was--so they removed the warning, gave me my medication, and basically said may the odds be ever in yoru favor. I reached out to my doctor's office, I had to wait for my doctor's office to inform me that taking the new prescription with my current medication could cause a cardiac event.
