Great service, Always polite and makes you feel important unlike most dealers we've been talking to lately.

I finally decided to call Mr. Marine back and the only and only King of all Motors/Customer Service , Dave answered. Now Dave has worked on my previous boat, Motor and trailer and always been happy with him and team. This was the newer boat that Dave has not seen yet. Well after speaking with Dave OTP, he asked a few troubleshooting questions and first thought he could not help, but then again asked a few clarifying questions and said" You know what , bring it over here and I will take a quick look". I did just that and Dave immediately came out which he didn't have to do. After a few more questions and troubleshooting, Dave fixed my issue and schooled me on the problem, WHICH was my ignorance. And guess what, on my way back to the lake. I cant tell you how I felt, But Dave once again proved to me there are people in the world that still care about customer service and the customer. You still get my business!! Thanks, I owe you!! Jeff Dunn-FDL

In one word, RUN. There are many other places to get your boat repaired in Oshkosh, please do so…read more brought My boat in for a miss fire in spring they found that my fuel filter was never changed. Also suggested I do a tune up. $1800 later. Boat ran fine all summer. Went in to winterize this fall and they suggested I do a tune up ? had the Platinum winterization package, what a joke. suggested I pull the motor and do preventative maintenance (boat has 340hrs). when I said no they wanted an Additional $300 to put the drive back on, why isn't that part of the Platinum pkg? when I picked up the boat they left tools in the engine bay. I checked the oil and I question if they ever changed the oil as it was dirty and it looked old. I'm sick over the fact that I paid another $1800 for winterization and an impeller change. Cross my fingers in spring if the boat will run

I dropped my boat off on Monday and picked it up on Friday giving them the week to fix all issues with the expectation that all issues would be fixed. When I picked my boat up, they replaced the bunks, but simply listed other issues (bearings leaking grease, tires low on tread, guide on broken) rather than fixing them? Odd, but I figured I'd survive. They charged me $518 to replace two bunks... $384 in labor, seems a bit steep, but I figured it'd be done well and should last at least a few years. Two trips after the bunks were replaced the carpet had worn through on the bunks. I messaged Aaron who asked me to send a photo. I sent the photo and he told me that I likely "dry loaded" the boat which caused the issue. I told him that wasn't the case, and asked if I should expect the carpet to only last two trips? Regardless of how it's loaded I can't imagine this should take place with brand new carpet. To me it appears the bunks should be angled differently as the carpet is wearing on the top edge on both sides. Aaron has since not responded to my messages. I personally would not bring my boat here again. The carpet itself was listed at $30, so rather than taking a $30 hit and replacing it, I've been ghosted. I would recommend going elsewhere.. Every other place in the city was too busy to fit me in, but if I were you I'd wait an extra week or two to get your service done correctly.

I don't write reviews often, but I feel families considering this dealership deserve to know what…read morewe went through. We had been in discussions with this dealership to trade in our used bass boat (motor and trailer included, fully operable). After going back and forth remotely on trade-in value -- sharing photos they raised no questions or concerns about -- we agreed on a price. We then visited the dealership twice in person to make sure the boat and the deal were the right fit for our family. On what was supposed to be our final visit to close the deal, we signed an agreement based on the value we'd settled on and filled out a credit application to finance the remaining balance. The dealership ran a hard credit pull that same evening. Only afterward did we find out the deal wouldn't actually close that day -- we'd need to make the long drive back out a second time, despite the dealership knowing how far we'd already traveled to get this done. The next morning, we learned our boat's value had been cut by more than half. Their inspection nitpicked ordinary wear on a 20-year-old boat to justify gutting the trade-in price -- after they'd already seen the photos, already had our signatures, and already pulled our credit. To be clear about the order of events: they ran our credit after we signed based on one agreed number, then tried to push us into financing significantly more after the fact. That's not a legitimate inspection process -- that's a bait-and-switch. When we raised concerns, the sales manager was dismissive, with the kind of sleazy, high-pressure sales attitude that confirmed we'd made the right call walking away. The GM tried to get ahold of the situation but you could tell he didn't want to deal with this headache on a Friday. Lessons learned: get every valuation in writing, don't sign anything until the trade-in number is truly final, and don't let anyone pull your credit until you're sure the deal is real. We won't be buying our next boat here, and I'd encourage other families to think carefully before doing business with this dealership.
