I do not wear any kind of makeup and the dress did not have a stain on it prior to me picking it up. They would not accept any responsibility for the stain. in addition, when I picked up my dress, it was a wrinkled mess. I am going to now have to take it elsewhere to get it steamed. The company would not take ownership of anything. As for the fit of the dress, it was not looking right when I put it on. The staff insisted I was wearing the dress wrong. Keep in mind, I wore the dress the same exact way during my initial fitting.

The woman was impossible to ask anything of, and not because of any lanhuage barriers. I didn't have anywhere to else to get the shoes repaired, so I just dealt with it. I paid in advance for the shoe work. When I went to pick up the shoes on the day she's specified and insisted upon, she claimed she couldn't find them at first and blamed me. These shoes were originally purchased for about $300 and are good shoes. Mom put them on for the first time this morning since the work was done and the retreading broke away. Neither of us really wants to even go back to take issue with the woman because she's so hostile. So we're going to accept the loss and never go there again.
