The woman was impossible to ask anything of, and not because of any lanhuage barriers. I didn't have anywhere to else to get the shoes repaired, so I just dealt with it. I paid in advance for the shoe work. When I went to pick up the shoes on the day she's specified and insisted upon, she claimed she couldn't find them at first and blamed me. These shoes were originally purchased for about $300 and are good shoes. Mom put them on for the first time this morning since the work was done and the retreading broke away. Neither of us really wants to even go back to take issue with the woman because she's so hostile. So we're going to accept the loss and never go there again.

And I bring them here because of the quality of her work. From uniforms to civ clothes, she does it all. What I do appreciate is that if something isn't going to come out right or if the fabric will get damaged, she will tell you "no" upfront instead of risking damage for money. I've gotten same-day service without being charged an arm and a leg. She's so sweet, provides amazing service and the best part is that she's reasonably priced.

They would not accept any responsibility for the stain. in addition, when I picked up my dress, it was a wrinkled mess. I am going to now have to take it elsewhere to get it steamed. The company would not take ownership of anything. As for the fit of the dress, it was not looking right when I put it on. The staff insisted I was wearing the dress wrong. Keep in mind, I wore the dress the same exact way during my initial fitting.

The woman called me three times to discuss zippers before she did the actual work. The coat looks just as good as when I purchased it. Even better actually. She gave me a two way zipper. You can unzip it from the bottom if you want to make it loose around your hips when sitting down. The price was very reasonable, only $35.00. I took it to another place for an estimate before going to Adel's. They didn't even want to do the work and told me that they would need to charge me $60.00. I would highly recommend trying these wonderful, caring people at Adel's. Beautiful workmanship. I would use them again.
