After inspecting it once I got home after 4 more minutes, it looked as though the cake wasn't fully cooked nor set. The picture doesn't show the beautiful mermaid tails that were sticking out of the cake due to falling over and apart. It had started melting at that point, in a car with ac. All other orders I've placed beforehand was pretty good. I had called immediately to let them know and the employee was apologetic. It was 2 minutes to closing and I felt awful I had to make that call. I called back 3 days later when they opened again to apologize to the other worker and to let other staff know in case they can correct the issue moving forward with others, and that employee was also apologetic and nice.
