Can't get an appointment, receptionist is rude every time I have called, and their weekend vet treated my husband very rudely. no more!

Worst appointment ever !! First we waited 20 minutes later for the appointment. Then we were rushed to leave. My concerns about the flea meds they offer were pretty much laughed at. The Vet, Katie, told me I could always spit on my dog but that wouldn't work ??! What ?!?! Then when I came home to check my bill, I was charged $172 for 6 simparica pills !!! I looked online and could get this same amount for $56 cheaper at Chewy . I called to see if I was charged the correct amount and was hung up on saying she can't handle it and someone will call me back !! 3 days later and no call. I was initially going to return the meds, but I don't want to step foot in that place where they do not know what they are doing and treat you badly. read more

Twice in the last month, we waited over 35 minutes past our appointment time to see anyone. No heads up, that they were behind schedule we were just left to wait and wonder. Both of these times I had taken off work to be there, I don't have unlimited time off! The second time, 35 minutes after our appointment time when the vet walked into the room, I was told this is "probably not the last time this will happen." I get that emergencies occur, but if you routinely run late for appointments that indicates there's a problem with your scheduling that should be addressed rather than continue to waste the time of those are paying you for your services. read more

They treated my poor cat with so much care. When it came time to put her down they had a very nice quiet room with tissues, a chair, and table to put the pet on. They gave me time to say my good byes and they let me pet her when they gave her the shot. It was instant and peaceful then they gave me time and tissues to say goodbye. A few days after she was put down they sent me a sweet condolences card that all the staff signed. I found 2 kittens in my alley and took them in because my house just wasn't a home without a pet. They see my kittens and they are great with them. I highly recommend them they are the absolute best and truly care about your pet, they treat them as their own. read more

1 two years ago dog had surgery, two separate surgeries were planned at one time and they forgot to do both. 2 last month my dog severly hurt his back and was paralyzed, the front desk person said Dr too busy to see Paquito and she never even checked with the Dr., I took Paquito chart and went Jmst Vet hosp and they took him in right away even though the Dr was extremely busy. 3 left Dr Rappole a message and he never replied. 4 it's only about money at Moonbrook Walter Gaczewski read more

this Tech Center was one of the best I've ever been to. The people are all so kind, and Very considerate of what my family and I needed. We have brought all of our dogs here and they always treat our furry friends and us very well. Our dog needed big surgery, and they were amazingly kind and gentle. When our most recent dog had passed away, we were very upset. The staff were very comforting and just amazing how they took care of him and us. We were absolutely so greatful to how they handle their job so seriously and how kind the whole staff was! They sent us a letter when our dog had passed saying how much they loved him, and how they would miss us and wished us the best! This is wonderful veterinary to go to and I would recommend everyone to come and go there! They love all of the dogs and cats that they see! You won't regr if you go here!
